Amazing views of the mountains, hotel is right on the lake takes 30 seconds from hotel door to walk to the lake, there is a walking path next to the lake that has good restaurants , paddle board rentals etc.

Hotel ok getting a bit dated

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was a little tired but very clean with comfortable beds. An excellent breakfast and convenient to visit lots of different areas.

Right on Lake Garda roadside with beautiful views from rooms and breakfast area. Private parking. Underground walkway to get to waterside, avoiding the busy road. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. We had some issues with AC but staff were quick to address. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of places to relax lakeside and swim or rent boats. Good budget option for travelers.

Property built in 1960-70, not much beach or swimming options. Pool small, ok location to explore towns around. Pictures are deceiving, breakfast is decent some variety. We only slept and travelled around so was Ok, Riva del Garda much nicer place to stay, better walkable streets, good food variety. Hotel has parking under ground, but you are backing up against busy road. I don't recommend, worth it to spend few more euros and 1hr and drive north or south and enjoy the town, not seat beside the road.

Very small room! Not well loft in operation! No refrigerator! No water! Not good breakfast! Paid €10 to stay till 12:00 for checking out!

Very comfortable and organized

We had a fantastic one night stay at this lovely hotel, in a family room. The room is actually larger than we were expecting, clean and comfortable with bunk beds for the kids and a double bed. The communal areas were clean and my boys loved the pool table and the outdoor pool. Theres also a bar that serves snacks, drinks and sandwiches. They have plenty of seating and board games. Breakfast was varied, fresh and plentyful and a bonus they had oat milk which i struggle to find in most hotels. Lovely and corteous staff. We will happily come again :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake was just what we needed after a long drive Happy hour drinks and snack were excellent. Alice has been especially helpful.

Very friendly staff - reception, bar tender, housekeeping and wait staff. Good breakfast buffet. We didn’t go into the pool but the dock at the lake was great. There are perhaps 11 loungers on the dock and maybe 20 around the pool. Some people will inevitably just put their stuff on a few chairs and not use them most of the day…you know who you are. The kitchen closes between 9 and 10 so if you arrive or return late you’ll have a bit of difficulty finding something to eat. The rooms are decently sized and the bedding is good. We didn’t have a mini-fridge in our rooms, which would have been helpful. I don’t know if others do. Parking is available for maybe 5 or 10€ a day, including a some spaces in the underground garage which was great in the heat. The views from the hotel are great. I’d stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great view from balcony. Good breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff. It is noisy because it is on the main road and the rooms a bit small but it is a quirky, fun hotel and good value for money

The hotel has an excellent view over Lake Garda and even its own sunbathing area on the lake. The staff were friendly and the facilities very nice. The room was functional and not as compelling as the rest of the hotel, but still recommended.

Great location. Free parking and amazing breakfast

Hotel had a nice view on Garda lake, and the big plus is free games, such as pool and table hockey, and for example paddleboards for swimming in the lake. Hotel has also nice pier on the lake with sunbeds, so you dont have to go anywhere. It’s a bit olddated, but the price is good enough to cover it. Besides, it is clean, with casual breakfast and a friendly staff.

You get what you pay for.
