距離火車站不到50步，近海灘，不過行去市中心就比較遠。附近有四星級餐廳及小型超級市場，可步行前往，都算方便。

Bed was reasonably comfortable

Per me è un ritorno perché ho alloggiato qui altri anni. Ottima la colazione, vicino al mare e alla stazione. Il personale è gentile e disponibile a risolvere piccoli problemi che si verificano a volte in viaggio.

Staff was attentive and respectful and the hotel was conveniently located next to the train station and sea! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decently good!

We were happy with our stay. Breakfast good in the morning, easy walk to beach and many restaurants. We were very happy with everything. Staff very helpful.

Struttura posizionata a due passi dal mare, nella vicinanza di stazione e parcheggio privato a pagamento. Condizioni interne della struttura nella media, pessimo servizio del personale, mai in grado di dare un’informazione e dall’atteggiamento costantemente poco rivolto al cliente. Servizio colazione pessimo con poca professionalità degli operatori. Buffet nella media.

La posizione della struttura a 2 passi dal lungomare di Scilla è già di per sé una splendida base di partenza , se poi aggiungiamo cortesia, gentilezza, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo abbiamo fatto il resto. Consigliatissimo !!!

Aufgefallen war, dass die Lage des Hotels auf der Karte bei Expedia anders ist als die tatsächliche Lage. Das Hotel liegt lauf der Karte von Expedia auf Meeresufer. Aber faktisch liegt das Hotel ca. 1 Km

Beautiful city and U’Bais hotel was perfect for our stay.

This was the strangest hotel we have stayed at on our trip. Halls were so dark we could hardly see to walk and I’m sure we were the only ones booked there. The train was literally right outside our window all night. I had a terrible night of sleep. Also, Hotels.com’s directions take you to the wrong location!!

Great little hotel next to train station. Easy walk to beach. Our visit was during off season so there were no other people in the hotel. The ladies in the breakfast area made us feel welcomed and at ease. Great place!

Stanze ampie e ottimamente pulite, e materasso duro che personalmente apprezzo molto. L'arredamento è un po' datato, ma molto dignitoso. E il personale, assai gentile. Sicuramente la stufetta elettrica (rumorosa a tenerla accesa la notte) e la reception presente solo al mattino non sono punti forti per un 4*, ma era anche bassa stagione e quasi vuoto per una località di mare quindi non così incomprensibile. Colazione minima, immagino per lo stesso motivo, ma sufficiente

Excellent location near the beach, beautiful hotel and large room for the 4 of us. Good breakfast as well. Highly recommend it.
