helpful ,patient and friendly reception staff, but hotel is a little far away from city center and no entertainment around hotel. anyway, since only 15 minutes drive to airport, it is the best choice for 1 day stay before leaving napoli btw, one english speaking reception staff is handsome, lol

Personale gentilissimo, hotel ristrutturato con molto gusto. Colazione fantastica, a parte il caffè che non è quello meraviglioso napoletano, ma questa è una mia fissazione e amore per il caffè napoletano. È tutto eccellente e lo raccomando vivamente.

Good hotel in not good location, but this is Naples.

Staff were amazing, helping my friend to get to the hotel late at night from the airport when there was a general strike. They really went above and beyond. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Easy walking distance to metro and tram for the city centre.

We just needed a place to stay last minute before a very early flight. The place was good what stood out is the man running it. He was just amazing! So nice! Got my wife coffee at 3:30 am and had a taxi waiting and ready to go when we needed to leave. Maybe the nicest person we met our entire trip to Italy!
