Comfortable accommodation. Quiet. Well equipped. Well located to some lovely villages.

Pool was very nice. However rooms were tired. Had to pay large deposit I.e €400 which we are 4 days after leaving and have still to receive it back.

Excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Grounds and appartement well maintained, excellent heated pool. Only 8 min walk to village. Internet speed very low. In April it was very quiet

Good stay, large and clean accommodation. Pool smaller than expected and sunloungers were uncomfortable, but that was the only negative.

First the good: the apartment was clean and the staff was very friendly. A couple of things bothered us, though. The beds were very uncomfortable. Our room had two small twin beds that we had to make ourselves, plus strip of bedding at the end of our stay. We were also expected to fully clean the apartment upon departure or be charged an additional cleaning fee. Lastly, the laundry hours were such that you couldn’t be out doing things in the area all day and get laundry done after 20:00, when it closed. The main reason we picked this location was for the laundry as we had been traveling for five days. All in all we were somewhat disappointed. We had two terrible nights’ sleep due to the poor quality beds and it was hard to look past that issue.

This property is owned by a large group that has places like this in various parts of France .It is very popular with the French and you can understand why because it is excellent value for money with all of the amenities for self catering and very clean and well run.

Our stay did not occur, we cancelled in plenty of time but were still charge the full holiday amount.

Unfortunately not what we expected for the price we paid. Accommodations were dated, certainly not modern and clean like the pictures suggested. For what we paid I felt like I was treating my family with somewhere special but while we stayed I felt disappointed, maybe they put us in an old suite because we were only staying a few days? Reception doesn't open until 5pm so don't show up early and nobody spoke English even though they state that they do. You are expected to make your own beds and then put the dirty linens in bags before you check out (at 9am!) and clean up is your responsibility too. No food on site or anywhere close and although the grounds were really beautiful we would have liked to be a little more central, something we will need to consider the next time we book. I would not normally complain about these things but expected more for the price we paid, if had we paid less I may have even been charmed.

Great base to use to explore the Dordogne with tots

Very pleased with the property overall, but queued for an hour to book in. Staff friendly and helpful but swamped by numbers at check - in time. Had to book a time for the property to be checked prior to leaving and this was half an hour late. The site was clean, quiet and peaceful. The pool was lovely, always clean and well equipped with loads of sunbeds. Water very warm. 5 minutes walk to Lascaux which was an excellent visit. Loads to do in the area. Good food shopping in Montignac at 2 excellent supermarkets.

Wonderful stay and very comfortable. The only thing that is not noted in the information is that it does not include soap in bathrooms or kitchen. Highly reccomended.

The place was mostly mature adults, quiet, polite, friendly, with a semi-private terrace, outdoor furniture, umbrella, nice view. Well equipped kitchen .(Take a sharp knife.) Helpful front desk and a great location between the charming town of Montignac and the Lascaux caves. Excellent Spar grocery in town, great restaurants, absolutely lovely area close to a plethora of great sights.

Great base for exploring the area. The staff and groundsmen were all very helpful. Our cottage had everything we needed. The pool was great as it was over 30C some days.

looks like a hotel- characterless like a hotel- advertised though expedia as a hotel. but they tell you it is not a hotel to justify lousy check in procedures and an excuse to not provide services. clean check in ends at 8- not a moment after. too bad for you. because... they are NOT a hotel. weird condo like set up at this place- ideal for families. They are extreme about the directives to keep the place clean and there were multiple reminders of the inventory of the room. I did not feel at ease or comfortable in the place.

The accommodation is beautifully set in well-kept grounds and, although the 'cottages' are close together, there is a certain amount of privacy on your patio created by hedging. The pool is small but heated to 28 degrees and spotlessly clean. This is a perfect spot to use as a base for exploring the area and the site is well managed and the staff very helpful. We would definitely go there again. The only negative is that there are over 700 cottages and when they are all full I am not sure that the facilities would cope, especially the pool and leisure area. When we visited, it seemed to be at approximately 25 percent capacity. Also, there would not be enough parking if the site was full.

This hotel was very convenient for seeing the sights in the area. Our room was an apartment with one bedroom and pull-out couch in the kitchen/living area. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a microwave, but no oven. It would also be good to stick a few dishwasher tablets in your suitcase for a short stay since you would have to buy a whole package at the grocery in order to use the appliance. Grocery stores close-by. You must clean and mop before you leave or pay an extra fee.

First of all there is no bar or restaurant which leeds to hardly no contact with the other occupants. You get your appartement very clean but during your stay and at the end you are responsable for keeping and delivering clean to a certain standard. Staff is helpful and friendly. An inventory list is given and you have to check the possible differences and let reception now this. At leaving this list and the condition of the appartement are checked.
