Very comfortable stay

Serving breakfast was good with great hotel staff who are willing to do everything within their power to make guests comfortable. However, I wish they would pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms as they aren’t properly cleaned.

Clean property, updated rooms. My only "complainant" would be the mini fridge doesn't have a freezer. But not an issue to take away stars.

A little more variety fir breakfast

The price is exceptional for the amenities, quality of accommodations, hot breakfast, welcoming niceties, dog friendly, friendly staff. Rated a 2 start hotel. By far, exceeds expectation

We had a great stay!

Last time I stayed at this hotel (less then a week before), I was so impressed. This time, when checking in, I waited for a few minutes before the staff person meandered back. Ok but pick up the pace. & ‘oh sorry for the wait.’ Goes a long way! & the ‘we’ll be right back sign wasnt up. I saw one this morning. The last room had a couple of these hooks that flip down. It was great to hang up a bunch of things! This room, maybe a hook on the bathroom door. The bed skirt on one of the beds was ripped in a couple of spots.

Breakfast was good, not as many options as other hotels, but the quality of the breakfast was far supperior than most continental breakfasts

Good place to stay with kids and pets. Plenty of dining options next door in the mall.

Loved the clean, updated room.

Reviews I read, mentioned breakfast wasnt great. I thought it was decent/ good. Coffee was hot. Juice was cold. Almond milk or milk/cream for coffee. Dog friendly! Really clean. Shower was hot! A/c was cold. I’d stay again!
