The hotel is small but you can get everything you need. It is near to the city centre and you can walk to most of the place of interest. Staffs are friendly and willing to answer your questions. Although it is not located in the ground floor and needs to go upstairs, the hotel sign is easy to find.

居民区住宅里公寓楼，老式的电梯带你去4楼的前台办理手续。房间不大，也颇简朴，卫生间更小，对付着用，喝的水要从前台取水罐，酒店的服务员也不多，但是非常热情，指引客人非常到位周到，早餐虽简单，却也保证吃的舒服。酒店的位置极好，出门3分钟便是著名景点红宫，附近就是白宫，走到海边也只有10分钟左右，吃的玩的看的一应俱全，那里还有城市观光车的起点站。作为游客过客，住这家公寓酒店，虽简单老式，却也非常值当。

酒店位置很好，不在底层，很安全，早餐7:45开始，酒店装修很温馨，空调滴水。

Excellent location in Genoa at walking distance of Porto Antico attractions. At the intersection of two lively streets yet very quiet studio. Many good restaurants and cafés close by. Very nice lounge and patio to relax

The staff was friendly and kind. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is just amazing.

Un petit rafraîchissement de certaines chambres serait un plus. Très bel hôtel, bien situé. Le parking ne pose pas de soucis.

La ubicación es Perfecta. Cerca de la terminal de ómnibus y marítima. En el corazón de la ciudad antigua y con todos los medios de transporte cerca. Súper recomendable para quien quiera conocer Génova.

Muito bacana, com vários espaços para descanso nas arras comuns, esse “hotel” ocupa dois andares de um predio na Via Garibaldi, uma das mais belas ruas de Genova e absolutamente central! Quarto apertadinho mas com espaço suficiente para malas e roupas, apenas o box pequeno para pessoas mais altas ou largas, mas todo novo, limpo, charmosinho, bom café da manhã, tudo bom! Se voltar a Genova ficarei aqui, sim, porque oferece uma boa relação custo benefício, nem barato nem caro.

Excellent and friendly staff made the stay worth it. But the hotel is a bit worse for wear to be honest. Loved the area.

This was a quaint, clean, comfortable overnight stay. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. There’s a lot of options to eat nearby. I highly recommend.

Hotel service is good although the service time is not 24 hr.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Locations are walkable to dining and churches. Very historical building with old style lift is Not often to see in other places.

The property was in a great location walkable to restaurants, sites and train. Clean, comfortable rooms with lots of space

Apartamentos amplos e limpos. Ótima localização, táxi chega na porta. Café da manhã simples e gostoso. Apenas a acessibilidade fica um pouco difícil pelo padrão histórico do prédio. Recomendo.

Average hotel. Cool decor in lounge area but sheets were quite old and poor quality. Breakfast could be improved with fresh fruit. For a quick night before heading to airport it’s fine. The fitness shouldn’t be advertised. The bikes are 100 hrs old and all broken. Aside from a couple of dumbbells the equipment is unsafe and is a liability. Do not choose this hotel for fitness room. Communication was fantastic but I’d rate a 2 star.
