Got upgraded to the 2 bedroom apartment with garden view, very quiet and great to relax, breakfast and dinner were superb. We both had a massage at the spa that was very relaxing and enjoyable. A hire car would be recommended to take advantage of the surrounding area.

Unser Aufenthalt war super, das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Der Service beim Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr zuvorkommend. Einzig die Sauberkeit im Health Center könnte besser sein, die umkleiden und das Gym waren schon sehr dreckig. Ansonsten war aber alles ordentlich.

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker, allerdings ist die Auswahl und Kreativität etwas gering. Dies kann aber auch der Reisezeit in der absoluten Nebensaison geschuldet sein. Auch ist die Weinauswahl sehr übersichtlich. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen, Preis/Leistung top, man könnte sagen es wäre ein sehr gutes 4-Sterne Hotel. Aus unserer Sicht fehlt für den 5. Stern überall das letzte Stück. Aber wie gesagt, für den Preis kann man gar nicht meckern. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Good service, nice facilities, excellent breakfasts but supper was under par!

Hotel is not at 5* by my standards. It is pleasant but I cannot understand the 5* status. We had to leave our bags with reception as we arrived early and our room was not ready. We were contacted by reception once we could pick up our key, only to be lumbered with our bags and pointed in the direction of our room so we could lug everything across the resort. The room we were in was basic and dated. The shower over the bath is dangerous! Its extremely precarious getting in and out. The gym is not worth visiting equipment is rusty and old and limited. We ate in the restaurant once and found it to be extremely salty. Breakfast was nice enough. Theres not really much to report, its a clean hotel with a pool, thats about it.

Too many children for our liking.

Hôtel qui est resté dans son jus, il nécessite des travaux pour répondre aux exigences d’un 5 étoile car pour le moment ce n’est pas le cas, toutefois le personnel est très aimable et serviable

Rooms were great, modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Breakfast buffet available however, Hot breakfast (eggs etc… were all cold).

Séjour parfait dans un cadre très agréable, au calme. Appartements spacieux et bien équipés, propres. Piscine intérieure chauffée parfaite. Belle piscine extérieure également. Buffet petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.

Salle de restaurant très bruyante , le menu ne change pas durant tout le séjour c’est un peu redondant , un plat du jour serait une bonne idée … une poignée dans la baignoire éviterait les chutes au sortir de la baignoire comme ce fut le cas pour ma femme, du coup pompiers hôpital … pas la meilleure expérience

Großzügige ruhige Gartenanlage mit viel Grün. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und Abendessen. Für Ausflüge bzw. Besichtigungen ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert.

Relaxing and has all the facilities. Only trouble is the golf courses close by are extremely expensive for Canadian dollars

Pontos positivos: O staff é super atencioso e prestativo. Spa é excelente e tive uma boa experiência com a comida do jantar e café da manhã. Pontos negativos: O colchão do quarto é tão antigo que dá para sentir as molas enquanto está tentando dormir. Se uma pessoa se mexe de um lado a outra se mexe junto. Terrível. O hotel em si é muito bonito, mas falta manutenção em alguns pontos. Alguns azulejos quebrados na área da piscina interna, elevador não funcionava e ficamos dependendo de escadas.

Séjour très mouvementé 😭attente car panne ordinateur donc pas de clefs. PUIS 2HEURES ATTENTE dans la chambre (avec 2rappels de l accueil) car climatisation en panne !!!au bout de ces 2heures dans le froid on nous fait changer de chambre....obligé de refaire nos bagages et de les transporter...sans aucune proposition d aide Aucune excuse du staff ni compensation !!! C est dommage c'était notre deuxième réservation
