The rooms need uplifting I had an issue with the toilet, there was sewage smell coming out of the drain and the shower drain wasn’t working well The staff were all nice and helpful, Pedro was very resourceful

Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren sehr nett und engagiert. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber,z.Bsp. Haare und Krümel auf dem Teppich. Housekeeping brachte nur auf Nachfrage frische Gläser,nicht automatisch. Die Amenities gab es nur einmal und zusätzlich wurde schlecht bis gar nicht aufgefüllt. Für ein sehr teures 5 Sterne Hotel definitiv zu wenig … Pool ist sehr klein, 4 oder 5 Liegen und ein paar kleine Sitzhocker. Meinen vip Access Vorteil musste ich erst anfragen,es war eine Flasche Wein aufs Zimmer. Dann wurde es aber auch gebracht.

The Hotel is a very short walk to their private beach, which is why we choose this hotel. The beach had many umbrellas and lounges to choose from, so it was never an issue to get one (although you can reserve). The beach has food service, drinks, and showers, changing rooms, and WCs. Always clean. The rooms were clean with a balcony. Housekeeping was excellent as was the breakfast buffet (top notch food). A short walk to several high end restaurants on the water with romantic outdoor seating. And you can park for free in the parking lot next door. I highly recommend this hotel.

The whole experience was wonderful - I only wish I could have had breakfast. I kept missing it bc I woke up late

It's practical and clean, staff friendly! But that's it, 5* hotels look different to me... I'd give 3.5-4 max. But if you don't need anything romantic/ fancy it's enough

fantastic hotel and reservation

Helt ok boende, med fantastisk frukostbuffé o härligt strandhäng. Men lite si o så med städningen.

Flot udsigt, dejlige restuaranter lige ved stranden. Nemt med offentlig transport in til midtbyen. Vi blev flyttet til søsterhotellet lige på den anden side af vejen, med flere faciliteter (spa etc) men det brugte vi ikke, der var så meget andet.
