The staff was extremely helpful and nice.

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Parking was easy and secure.

The property was clean but was not satisfied with the size of the room and other areas like the swimming pool or fitness area and extra for amenities which i thought were included.

Very convenient to Climate Pledge Arena. Nice people and the loaner bikes are a nice touch.

We spent two weeks in the Seattle area and hotel Maxwell was by far our favorite and the best for the money! The staff was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. We definitely recommend this property!

Very clean and we enjoyed amenities. But we were charged for an extra person that we did not have with us. No help from hotel or Expedia to refund charge.

I always love StayPineapple hotels. This one exceeded expectation on cleanliness, amenities, and condition. Everything feels fresh and new. The bedding is like sleeping on clouds of bliss. The soaps are great, towels fluffy and plentiful, spacious and modern rooms, you name it, theyve thought of it. Top tier hospitality and complimentary items. My only disappointment was the lack of a hot tub in the pool area. We like to relax while the teen swims, but unfortunately not something that was available. But, its hard enough to find good hotels in seattle with pools, let alone hot tubs, at this level of affordability. Hands down, this hotel offers A LOT of value for what you pay nightly. Also, the location is fantastic and a very pleasant, short walk to the space needle.
