Comfortable bed, wonderful restaurant and breakfast for great. I’d definitely stay again.

Beds were cheap and to soft. The linens are poly cotton with a cheap feel. The room had a smell of the kitchen cooking and also in the hallway. If the location was not convenient we definitely would not stay there.

Pre-booked dinner for 2000. On arrival at hotel at 1830 nothing known. Only available table was 1845 so went straight to dinner. All evening there were empty tables near me so I could easily have had a later booking. When I went up to my room reported this to reception. Was promised a response. Nothing heard. Frequently stay at this hotel.

Hotel dated, toilet paper thin and cheap bathroom not clean, this hotel has gone down hill not worth the money staff in restaurant so slow on service

Outside of the hotel is looking a bit tired but this is not the case inside. Hotel room was great, very clean and spacious, had everything you needed. Only negative was the overpriced food and drinks.

Room was nice but told if we had booked directly we would have had an upgrade in a sarcastic manor. Spa overpriced and overbooked. Queues for the single hot tub which we gave up on, no robes provided in room - you have to go down to get them. Car parking is an additional £20 if not booked with them directly. Restaurant lovely. Sorry to say I wouldn’t recommend at the current price point.

Very generous room size and comfortable. However room was far too hot regardless of air con setting on first night. Slightly generic chain hotel feel to common areas. Reasonable value for money.

I enjoyed a relaxing stay at Brooklands Hotel for 2 nights. The room was big and clean. The bed was super comfortable and dreamy. I also enjoyed the spa and the deep tissue massage by Esther. I was impressed with Olga's customer service at reception. She was warm, caring, patient, and professional. I will return to Brooklands Hotel, by God's grace.

Great stay, fab family room with a bed each for the children. Perfect for a trip to Mercedes-Benz world
