Good location, good breakfast, helpful staff. No vanity kit.

room is clear, neat, and tidy. I felt comfortable while I stayed there for 11 nights. But room is too dark and small, without pot for boiling water (Belgium is cold, I wanted to make tea at night...). oh, and needed to borrowed the hair dryer from reception, it's not a default in room. But the reception and staff were really nice! They taught me lots of things (how to rent FIET, find laundry.....).

Great staff, Nice location. Average breakfast. Not in very good overall condition. Okay shower. Horrible bed. The bed is the main reason for the low mark. Lumpy and uneven.

The hotel is in an elegant building immediately opposite the train station in Leuven and a good 10 minute walk down the main avenue to the historic and interesting centre The room was fine - clean and tidy but, in my case had no views with the one bedroom window looking out onto a shaft (popular with pigeons, though they were not a disturbance and I had a good night's sleep!) Breakfast was included in my rate and was an excellent buffet with hot and cold food, pastries and fresh fruit all on offer

The hotel should have been classified as an “up-market back packers hostel” The whole place, with the exception of the Breakfast Room, was tired and shabby and in desperate need of a makeover. It was indicated that parking was available - yes in the City but NOT within the hotel. Overall very disappointing experience.

The staff was kind. The rooms are ok.

Very, very noise surroundings Not a single night sleep without being woken up mulitple times by noise from the street or the bars. We stayed at 3rd floor - but still very loud. The location is central - but still we were taken by surprise of the very noisy area.

Short stay. Very nice. Great breakfast included. Older facilities in a historic building. Service was great. Welcoming and helpful attendants. Great value.

Fint läge. Fick först ett vedervärdigt rum som jag bytte mot ett bättre. Dock fortfarande trasig fläkt i duschen samt dåligt vattentryck i duschen

Location was amazing although overlooking the square, it was noisy. Room was clean but some areas worn down and not spotless. Overall enjoyed my stay and recommend the hotel.

Basic but clean and comfortable, and has a lovely vibe. Nice bar/restaurant. Excellent breakfast.

Ligging in centrum is perfect, onze kamer was echter klein en gedateerd (smoezelige gescheurde vloerbedekking en smoezelig voegwerk in de badkamer), er hing een rioollucht in het trappenhuis en de gangen.

The whole stay was good. The breakfast was amazing. The only problem was that the single room with the one bed, this one bed is really small and the room is small in comparison with the double beds rooms. Next time I would prefer to book a double bed room.

L'hôtel correct pour les séjours courts. Bon petit-déjeuner. Petite chambre. Lit confortable. Rapport qualité/prix moyen. Pas de gel douche. La pomme de douche cassé. L'hôtel avec grand potentiel mais il manque soin.

de kamer was netjes en precies ruim genoeg. Het ontbijtbuffet was prima. Er was alleen veel lawaai op straat en hoewel wij op de 4e verdiep verbleven, kon je dat zeer goed horen. Maar verder twee 👍!

Onze ontvangst was onsympathiek na 3 maal bellen. Gelukkig beter de volgende ochtend en ook het ontbijt was goed en vriendelijk. In de slaapkamer werkte 1 op 4 lampen. De badkamer heeft zeep maar geen body lotion bijvoorbeeld. Zeer basic maar te duur voor wat men beloofd. Ik kom niet terug.

Convient parfaitement pour un court séjour. Propreté et confort des lieux appréciables.
