Bel hôtel avec chambres spacieuses. Bon déjeuner avec très bon service. Situé dans un village près des principaux attraits de la région. Il manque peut-être un peu d'ambiance dans l'hôtel mais ce n'est pas catastrophique. Aussi, le gym est très petit. N'ayez pas de grosse attentes

Great Design Hotel , nice dinner in the evening , good breakfast . The room we had was industrial modern . We didn’t like the toilet solution on the room , it was not at all privat .

I cannot recommend this hotel. Staff is not welcoming. Our room overlooked a ramshackled building in the back. I went and complained about the view and was offered a different room, but was told to basically expect that because we had after all booked a “standard room, and through Hotels.com”. There were 10 cars in the parking lot, so not many guests, but I was also told that because I only booked for 1 night, the other rooms were reserved for guests that were arriving the next day who had booked for 2 nights. I was offered an upgrade for an additional fee. Our room had no closet to speak off (concrete cubby with 5 hangers). There was not enough light, (they had to come and replace one or the 5 miniature halogeen lamps). Breakfast was included and we were the first to arrive in the morning. We were told to sit at any table we wanted, but then were quickly told that we could only use a table without glasses on them. So we moved. Weird! Cups for your coffee had no saucers, so you put them directly on your tablecloth. I could go on, but whoever reads this will quickly understand that this is an overrated hotel without proper hospitality. I asked for a bill/reciept on departure, but was told that they couldn’t give one (even though they asked for my credit card on arrival) because I had after all pre-paid through Hotels.com. So why did they need a credit card? I left with a dismissed feeling.

Wonderful stay at this unique and artistic hotel located in a charming small village. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere felt truly one‑of‑a‑kind. With so many wineries within walking distance, it offered an experience I couldn’t find anywhere else.

Location was perfect for our wine tour at luis canñas, village was great, the bars were excelent. The staff at breakfast were very helpful.

Fabulous Hotel in a lovely village in the Rioja region, food was excellent as were the staff, would definitely recommend!

Colchão muito desconfortável e não oferecem condicionador para os cabelos. Nunca vi isso em um hotel 4 estrelas.

Hotel muito legal

O hotel tem um designe incrível, quarto espaçoso e confortável além de otima localização, junto à pequena vila e bodegas. O restaurante é muito bom, com atendimento atencioso. Nota para o Kuan, que nos atendeu.

Our room has not been upgraded for some time. Lighting is marginal, and quirky. It badly needs a dresser for clothes, only one drawer for the two of us. The shower pressure is excellent, but the shower head keeps moving up splashing the floor.
