I have a early morning visitor that I need ro transact with I need to pay additional guest for my visitor to be able to go to my room how ridiculous it is to charge around 3000 yen for a visitor to stay for 2 hours. Won't recommend this place insane highway robbery never stayed to a place to charge for a visitor.

Hotel nyaman, terletak di pusat keramaian, ada lift, bersih dan ramah pegawainya, ke mana-mana dekat, dekat tempat makanan juga.

The staffs and the room was very nice. We have our balcony overlooking Dotonburi. However, at some point I did smell a smoke, but I think it is from outside the building. Overall, the hotel is one of the best place to be if you want to be close to downtown area.

Kamar sangat bersih dan bagus, AC bagus. Resepsionis sangat ramah dan bisa berbahasa inggris. Ada money changer, piyama, dan sandal yang lucu. Lokasi mudah dijangkau dan terkenal. Sangat dekat kemana-mana karena ada stasiun, surely repeat order.

Overall the hotel is fine, good impression from lobby, all reception process is fine, until we entered the room. The room need to be refurbished and refreshment of the ambience, but we still managed. The ryokan concept, tatami and futon were in good condition. We have a great experience staying there although only 1 night. The minus thing is that the check out time was too early (10 AM) and we can't put our baggage there without attendance. So after check out we have to bring our luggage to sightseeing around Dotonburi area until our flight time which was during the evening. The facilities and room amenities were well prepared, even the bathroom functioned so well. The location is super great. I think we'll stay again there if they've refurbished the room.
