房間太窄,硬將一間只可住兩人的房改為三人住，非常窄，無位放兩個行李箱。住15晚都沒有換床單，經常忘記比水，問工作人員取時工作人員的態度不太好，所以以後都不會再住這間酒店。

一切都很不錯，只是沒有電梯，有帶大件行李要搬三層樓會有點辛苦

Lovely staff, took care of our belongings while the room was being prepared. It was raining and we were able to borrow an umbrella from the hotel. Quick check out. Clean room. Free water in the room, mini fridge.

Great hotel not too far from the main attractions.

Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit et l’accueil a été super, rapide et chaleureux. Le réceptionniste a fait de son mieux pour nous expliquer les choses, malgré la barrière de la langue, car nous ne parlons pas espagnol et très peu anglais. Tout le séjour s’est très bien passé. Il y a de super marcher à proximité, et Barcelone n’est pas très loin. Les coussins sont confortables, tout comme le matelas, qui est bien équilibré : ni trop dur, ni trop mou.

We chose this property as it was close to the wedding venue. There were many dining options nearby. We really enjoyed the breakfast Buffet which was excellent. So many wonderful choices. The reception staff were very friendly and super helpful. It is close to the train station to travel into Barcelona. I would definitely recommend this hotel and enjoyed exploring the pretty town of Sant Cugat.

No sirve el aire acondicionado y terrible en época de verano, no se puede ni dormir. Muy lejos de lo turístico pero viable si se requiere para viaje de paso.

Room floor full of hair balls. Carpet really dirty with visible big stains. Only one small elevator working. Hotel in renovation what limited the use of exterior terrace and second elevator.

The gentleman at the front desk was a delight

I like the rooms and the prices are good. the staff is friendly and helpfull
