Service and location are very good. Can have more options for breakfast. Overall good stay

Free parking, good breakfast, hotel facilities are aged and nice staff.

Amazing as always, I’m here 2/3 times a week for work at last minute. Only 1 issue is that I’ve asked for an iron twice when checking in but they’ve forgotten it. Probably too busy with the bar during the evening which is understandable

Great parking Nice restaurant Room was fine, if a little dated 10-15 minute walk to centre.

Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Kaffee- gut- Filter Kaffee 👍 Essen im Restaurant, hervorragend. Zimmer- sehr komfortabler Bett. Ruhige Zimmer. 1 Minus Punkt von mir wegen des Kaffeekochers- sehr verdreckt- ekelhaft. Zimmer allgemein, ein wenig ‘in die Jahre gekommen’ allerdings Preisleistung sehr gut.

The room was spotless. Clean tidy and cosy. When we booked in they gave us an opportunity to have a ground floor room which was especially helpful. Food excellent and prompt. Bar area comfy with prices on par with pub. Would recommend a stay here if coming to Canterbury. Staff extremely helpful, very big car park.

The whole hotel was very clean, bed very comfortable. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. A leisurely 20 min stroll to city centre. All in all a very relaxing enjoyable stay. We would come back no hesitation.

Great staff, great quality breakfast, good location. Rooms are a bit tired but you expect this for the price. I did question whether the sheets had been changed since the last guest after finding hair in the bed. Also stains on the bedding. Otherwise no complaints.

Great place to stay and explore Canterbury from. Already our second stay, we'll be back again 😊
