Good location. No elevator. Main bed was excellent, side bed was okay. Room fun and unique- with tiny slit windows in bathroom. Location near square.

Although it was only for one night this hotel riad is a beautiful very artistic place decorated with such beautiful taste clean staff so welcoming and would help at any time , perfectly situated in old town Asma the receptionist was there to welcome us and fulfilled us with good information about where to go , will definitely recommend the place and come back

The Riad was lovely, the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was good. Annoying that we had to pay for a drink of water after a nightmare arrival. In addition, this is the only place I have ever stayed in Morocco (visiting for 30 years so very many Riads) that did not offer mint tea. The restaurant is open to the public so I had to deal with instagram and TikTokers outside my door making videos. I will not stay again.

This place is ok for one night. Too much noise when you try to sleep since houses are so closed to each other. You can actually hear when the neighbors are talking or babies are crying

The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a stressless stay. We booked the Aisha room, that was decorated with ancient luminous typical furniture. Breakfast was included, and consisted of various kinds of moroccan bread, fresh orange juice, and hot drinks. We had nice discussions with the manager and the staff, all very gentle and passionate about the city of Tetuan. I woudn't consider any other stay if I came back to Tetuan.

I booked for 3 persons double bed with a city view unfortunately, this hotel has no city view and they offered us a queen bed instead of double bed. They provided us for the 3rd person a very hard mattress. The room is too small as well. Not worth the price. The Location is a plus!

The Grand suite an a huge, charmingly decorated dream of Morocco with a great shower and the whole Riad looks great. Staff were very helpful, but the dinner we had there was just edible.

we booked this hotel by mistake when looking for a place to stay close to Tangier, but were happy with the choice we made. Staff at the hotel went above and beyond, and trully exceeded any expectations we had. They even cooked us a meal at 11:30 at night when we arrived late from the ferry. It is also a very unique experience to stay at Riad in Morocco, and I would highly recommend this place to any traveler who is making the way from Tangier to Fez, etc.
