I loved everything about this hotel except the food and dining. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in and so they encouraged us to go to bar for food and snacks where we waited 30 min and had to ask for a server twice before being told he was busy and the only server (despite having at least 5-6 staff at check-in desk). I also ordered room service with their app as instructed inside room and never received it. We ordered champagne and caviar two hours before a night out and didn’t receive it, and ordered breakfast the next morning three hours before check out and didn’t receive it. When I called about both it seemed like they could have cared less.
The staff at the reception desk, however, were very hospitable and accommodating.
