Excellent standard of hotel near the centre of the city tourist attractions. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of milan. Wide choice of breakfast in delightful setting. Would definitely stay again...

Very comfortable and convenient. Did see that it may need some updating soon. Carpet in hallway & elevators needs to be either cleaned or replaced. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The service and cleanliness was excellent. The layout of the room was confusing and a bit inconvenient. The light switch layout takes a couple of days to figure out – – there are no labels as to which lights are being controlled. In addition, I found the lighting to be substandard, especially for a room with stairs. The shower is typical for European showers, but does not have any safety features like grab bars for older adults. Otherwise, I found it to be a lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel, very accommodating. The restaurant on the roof was beautiful, food was great and Michael was the best host.

Hair dryer old and Shower place should be better, looks very old

Position of hotel is good, staff very friendly only our room 403 was smelling with taste of waste water.

Staffs are amazing! The hotel is just located at the perfect location - closed to the main attractions and convenience for shopping. Hope the hotel can import the room’s condition - bath tube has no staircase and it’s too high which you need to climb in and out, after shower it’s too slippery, when I wanted to climb out from the bath tube after shower I almost fall down

There Are many people at the entrance but its unclear why. They smile and talk nicely but dont help out with the luggage down or up the stairs, neither when arriving nor when departing. The bed is hard and the pillows way to soft. Breakfast is very Nice!

Great option for a stay in Milan! Within easy walking distance to all major sights and public transportation, including train station. Very pleasant and accommodating service, great breakfast (with harp player!) and well kept rooms. Can hear a fair amount of noise from other rooms, so bring ear plugs if you're sensitive to that (I used earplugs, and that solved it). Would stay here again!

We didn’t like the room that we booked and downgraded to a smaller room. But hotel still charged us the same price.

Nice hotel and good staff. Courtyard rooms do not have much natural light, that is only issue. Amazing location for tourism and shopping. Recommend staying but asking for a non courtyard room.

The property is in a good location and the breakfast is great. The lobby is clean and nice. The rest of the hotel needs some upgrade the paint on the hall walls are chipped and peeling. The bathroom really need to be updated. The room is small and not enough light. I don’t think there is enough value for the cost.

Lovely hotel in centre of Milan. Great location. Walkable to everything and beautiful cobbled streets and bespoke shops all around. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Antonio helped us to a waiting taxi when road outside was closed for La Scala new season premiere. Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with usual selection but an added treat of a live harpist playing Saturday morning. Would definitely recommend.
