Très bel endroit; surtout les extérieurs et l’entrée.

Though the location is out of Turin, there is a good connection by Metro and Bus 36 and then a short walk to the Hotel. It seems they have refurbished and looks modern. Rooms and bathrooms were modern and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accomodated late check out request. Overall, it was a great hotel at a reasonable price.

Upon arriving at 9pm, we were left waiting at reception while the staff member finished a personal conversation. This immediately set the wrong tone. When we finally asked about an evening meal, we were told there was “no availability” because other guests had chosen to dine in. No effort was made to offer an alternative, no solutions were suggested, and we were simply directed to a local pizzeria. This level of indifference is unacceptable. A 4-star hotel should never leave guests without any dining options or basic consideration. Even a simple gesture—such as offering something light at the bar—would have demonstrated care and professionalism. We escalated the issue the following morning, yet the response from another colleague only reinforced the same dismissive attitude. Overall, the service we received was not only disappointing but far below what any guest should expect from a hotel of this rating, this simply ruined our short weekend break.

Très bel hôtel, personnel sympa MAIS ils organisent des mariages, vous ne dormirez pas jusqu’à minuit, une heure du matin. Ambiance boîte de nuit avec le lit près de l’enceinte et du DJ.

Wonderful hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer. Food was delicious, walking distance to a beautiful church where we celebrated Palm Sunday services!

The hotel building is a old Italian building that has been renovated too a high standard with a modern bathrooms, but also has been decorated to in a way that reflects its history. The staff are are versed in English, are friendly and respectful and love to help in any they can. The restaurant may be a bit expensive for some, but well worth a try as the food is amazing. I only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the variaty in the breakfast buffet. Besides that, I will be returning this hotel if I ever visit this area of Italy again

Easy access, beautiful design and comfort feel.

Séjour agréable malgré un petit déjeuner qui nous aura laissé une note négative. Peu de choix, une qualité laissant à désirer surtout sur la partie salée. La chambre reste cependant confortable et le bain à remoux était bien agréable pour ce séjour étape.

Excellent séjour d'une nuit étape dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est chaleureux, et je conseille à 100% le restaurant, plats et vins merveilleux avec un service 5 étoiles. Grazie

Dîner au restaurant avec un service très très très long … ne serait-ce que pour avoir une bouteille d eau. Le plat est arrivé malheureusement froid et malgré que “ réchauffé “ il est resté bon ouf …. C est vraiment dommage que le service est été si catastrophique et je pèse mes mots …. Le petit déjeuner reste correct par rapport au prix mais n y est présenté aucun produit “fait maison “.

Like the ambiance. The area around the hotel was very nice and it is close to the airport.
