Tuve muy mala experiencia.. habían cucarachas muertas en la habitación.. y también habían dejado el baygon en la habitación.. fui a recepción y me cambiaron de habitación Sin embargo deben mejorar mucho en la limpieza de las habitaciones, áreas verdes y áreas comunes del hotel

Habitaciones cómodas y funcionales

Clean and modern! The staff is great and parking is secure. Also breakfast was spectacular it's the great spot for you. If you're visiting Managua I recommend it because of its modern feel and you have peace of mind with parking. We look forward to coming back and staying here.

I stayed here 2 years ago and was a little disappointed on the clean this time but overall it was good.

I have no words to express my gratitude to the staff of Hotel Contempo. The staff in the front desk helped us to find transportation to the different places we needed to go. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly, and helpful. I have no doubt that I would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be treated like you are at home. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff that make feel so special.

Excelente servicio y atencion

The hotel looks nice the lobby, The most beautiful part is the salon next-door and the spa, their hair style Oliver is very attentive and professional same as Dalia the skin care lady is great doing facials my teenager son had one facial, but the hot water at room 3 (coffe) is terrible. It takes over 10 minutes and I never really got a hot, hot shower and the front desk they did not want to give me a discount or they didn’t offered me another room I came through expedia then I extended direct w-hotel and the pool was awful full of leaves today Sunday June 14, 2026 and a lots of mosquitoes. We ran back to our room. AC very cold& Breakfast good and room clean but keys fails many times. Plus parking:

The place was clean but the area of the restaurant the service was terrible I wait like 3 hours for a breakfast I see people was coming and go and me still there very bad they didn’t even say sorry.

Positives: - smooth airport transfer, arranged via chat beforehand - friendly front desk staff - safe residential neighborhood, somewhat walkable for Nicaraguan standards, with a shopping center 5min away on foot Negatives: - the room felt extremely damp and had a musty smell, probably due to the shower that was not separated from the sleeping area (the shower / bathtub was directly in the room) - the hotel is showing wear and tear, a deep clean would have helped but ideally it needs to be refurbished - so many mosquitoes, needs regular fumigation - no windows in the room, poor air circulation and very dark - tiny toilet, felt very claustrophobic I have to be honest, I decided to stay at another hotel after viewing the room. 5 minutes in the room gave me uncountable mosquito bites. I myself come from a tropical country and I do understand that insects are somewhat unavoidable in outdoor areas, but the amount of mosquites in the indoor areas are unacceptable. It’s a sign that the hotel is not regularly fumigated. The room had a distinctive musty smell and it felt very uncomfortable. The driver picked us up and brought us to the hotel, but that was basically it. Zero hospitality, barely brought us to the car, did not offer to help us with our bags. I’ve had a better experience with your average taxi driver.

Excellent hotel for the price with a super restaurant. The restaurant is a bit expensive, but the atmosphere is tranquil and the food is very good. Plaza Once is only a 5 minute walk at most.

Estuve en una habitación que no tenía toallas y olía a insecticida. Y una cucaracha muerta por el televisor. El TV no tenía canales nacionales
