Our hosts were friendly and Sue showed us our room. We had a bedroom. Bathroom was a good size. Kitchen was equipped with basic appliances. No dishwasher, washer/dryer (there is a coin operated washer and dryer near the reception office) and no AC. We were given a fan and it helped. Perfect location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, we had a nice stay.

Motel was great, maybe a bit pricey compared to other motels of equal quality.

Nice size rooms. Very tight parking!

Nice looking unit and comfy bed with nice lounge area. Had expected aircon in room from advertising so disappointed it didn’t have as hot to sleep. Also water pressure wasn’t great in shower. Nice owner.

Room was very clean, great selection of sky TV channels and good size rooms. Definitely will be staying here again

Nice place for a short stay

Convenient location to explore dunedin. Apartment had a very functional kitchen. Whole place was very clean and beds comfy. The owner was lovely and personally showed us the room and also made recommendations on things to do. Would highly recommend!

Rooms nice a big. The overall feeling was home away from home. So convenient to everything, I recommend this place to everyone 👍😄❤️

I highly recommend this place to stay .

The unit we had was really spacious .. large lounge area and big bathroom - amazing pressure in shower. Close to the octagon which is the center of the city. Lots of eating places around with plenty of variety .. close to the university if your interest is there .. Greeted with a smile at check in ... really good 2 nights stay.

The location was excellent for exploring the city and nearby restaurants. The property and staff were excellent.

An air-conditioner would be nice !
