Alberca limpia... habitación aceptable personal amable ...fallas en el internet y señal y no contestan el teléfono en recepción..lo demás aceptable.

This is not a resort. It’s a dump. No spa, no excercise room, no food, no bar, ice cold pool, battered up chairs&unbrellas, not maintained repairs and landscaping. Pathetic kitchen, bugs, leaky faucets. Empty. We were alone there. It’s false advertising and Expedia did not help to relocate us. Very poor service. Don’t get ripped off like us!

La habitación genial, excelente vista al mar, albercas pequeñas pero bonitas, prácticamente 10/10, solo deben revisar el internet porque está lento, en cualquier red wifi proporcionada por el hotel. Fuera de eso, recomiendo ampliamente este lugar.

The place was COMPKETELY run down. It really shouldn't be open to the public and you definitely should not be promoting them. I am happy to share pictures. The ONLY area that has been mai tained is the lobby. I book for a week, had to pay in advance, but left after the first night. They have not refunded my money.

El hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones muy limpias y el personal muy amable, solo que está muy lejos del malecón y no tiene servicio de restaurante.

That is the fourth time I’ve stayed there. I would not go back again. The last two times have been awful.

No puedes accesar a la playa. Esta con cinta y no puedes pasar. Jacuzzi sin servir. Todo descuidado el frente que da al mar. Hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento. Muy descuidado. Anexo fotos

No me quiso dar las toallas para la Alberca dia días y dijo qué iba verificar y eataba filtriando. Yo con los ninos en la Alberca No vengan a ese hotel

The resort was closed when we arrived. We were given a room at a sister resort that was totally out of the area we wanted to be. They said the power was out. I think they were under booked. The sister resort was not a good place.

When we arrived a man came out of the hotel and showed me his phone to read message because he did not speak English .the message read we are closed at this time and we will transfer you to our other hotel called diamond bay.which was the farthest hotel away from everything.i talked with Expedia on line for 2 hours about getting a refund and find us a closer hotel closer to the one we booked as it was close to golf and other things.expedia told me I was past the required time limit to cancel which was a couple days before we arrived but the hotel was closed for a month already and I asked why we were not notified and rebooked.they gave me the run around for 2 hours I finally gave up and went to bed.in the morning I talked with the manager at diamond bay and they found me another hotel in the golden zone that was suitable for everything I wanted to do.expedia did nothing for me.

Me cambiaron a otro hotel donde no había nada estaba alrededor de lotes baldíos y no tenía nada para comer cada que salía tenía que pasar los soldados y la única forma de transporte era en Didi, no tenía internet muy mal servicio

El cuarto tenia detalles de mantenimiento y problemas con el refrigerador. Muy limpia, buena atencion de la ama de llaves, excelente para la familia. La zona de la Alberca necesita mas mantenimiento, mosaicos faltantes, rejillas rotas, salidas de agua faltantes. Se puede mejorar.

todo bien solo que su internet no sirve para nada y solo le falta un poco mantenimiento al hotel pero de ahí en fuera excelente vistas al mar

Falta estacionamiento

La habitación es preciosa, pero la fachada del hotel por la parte de la alberca es fea, se ve descuidada. Tomen en cuenta que está lejos del centro/malecón. No se puede estar en la playa, no hay espacio, no hay camastros. Tienes que irte hasta la zona dorada para poder descansar en la playa y es tedioso ir cargando con todo si te vas en en el camión .
