Amazing highly recommend

Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Dies gilt von der Putzfrau über das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück bis hin zum Empfangspersonal. Es hat uns sehr gefreut, dass wir Ihre Gäste waren.

Bonne expérience, le personnel a été attentif à nous. La chambre était confortable, il y avait de la place dans la rue pour se garer et le petit-déjeuner était très bon !

The hotel was nice and the staff was great. The location not so much. Busy port with cranes and ferries. And off in the distance an oil refinery. Not what I expected.

Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht war – wir haben uns bestens umsorgt gefühlt. Nur die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig.

Hôtel bien placé pour prendre un ferry vers les îles éoliennes, à 5 mn à pieds du lieu d'embarquement. Une personne très sympathique et serviable parle français à l'accueil, il s'est occupé de garer notre voiture dans un garage pour 20€ la journée et un verre est offert lors de la 1ère soirée. La literie est confortable, dans l'ensemble la chambre était propre mais l'hôtel est vieillissant. Minibar payant sans liste des tarifs, pas de bouteille d'eau offerte, pas de machine à café ni bouilloire. Petit déjeuner buffet banal.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was cozy. Hotel is good for short stay if you are passing through or going to islands

Accueil très agréable et personnalisé, en français. Hôtel plutôt milieu affaires, très confortable, avec bon petit déjeuner.

The people at the reception desk were super nice and helpful, both the day Lady and the evening guy. They tried to do everything possibile to make your stay a pleasurable one. The Hotel location is good if you are trying to get one of the ferries or tours to the Aeolian Islands. Unfortunately is on a side street and in front of a cargo section of the Milazzo Port. What I found is that although the management of the Hotel is trying to keep up with the maintanance of the Hotel unfortunately it seems that who ever built or remodeled the Hotel used chip accessories. Some of te bathrooms fixures were all loose. The eat/AC has no temperature settings. So that you can put it on or off low, Med, or high but you don't really know what you are getting. Breakfast is baic compared the most Italian Hotels breafast. Again the Staff very gentile and helpful

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück italienisch.. nichts besonderes.

Service was excellent, breakfast was excellent. The room was the main problem. The shower did not function, there was the hand held shower which was broken and so you couldn’t use the shower handless. The rain shower head flooded the floor unless you tipped towards the shower wall to prevent it from spilling over the tub and pooling on the floor. The air conditioning was controlled by the hotel and went off periodically, especially in the middle of the night! I had to request it to be set. You had no control on the temperature. The in room safe was not attached to the anything (screws are rolling lose inside) you could walk off with it. No coffee or water in the room. Did not feel like a four star hotel. The furnishings are top quality but the amenities are borderline. The staff is wonderful, Mario and Simone and the breakfast staff are excellent as well as the breakfast. Onsite parking is 15 euros per night and is limited space, 4 cars max. One night my car was parked outside for a few hours to accommodate someone visiting the hotel. Location is very good for access to the ferry service, not near the beach.

Very pleasant and friendly greeting. Hotel is modern and clean but sleep was difficult as hotel is next to a busy road and port and double glazed windows did not keep out the noise! Breakfast was sparse at 9:15 with various empty plates. Would not stay again.
