酒店很干净，房间很大，工作人员友好亲切，距离 BTS 不远。

酒店工作人员友好，提供机场接送服务。大堂及周边区域的清洁度相当干净、舒适，周围空气清新。相当宽敞的候车室。房间还算宽敞，不会太窄。浴室也相当干净。那里的清洁服务无疑是友好的。

我和朋友在曼谷待了7天，我觉得这家酒店位置很好，靠近轻轨站，步行即可到达。酒店员工对每位客人都很有礼貌和热情。房间也很干净，包括浴室。大堂还为在城里活动后感到口渴的客人提供饮料。酒店地处安静区域，距离大街很远。这是一个非常棒的假期。🙂👍

为什么只有 3 个，而不是 4 个。酒店很好，但我们决定将房间升级为公寓。几个晚上之后，一个男人（我不想在这里责怪他）深夜从酒店来，告诉我们必须搬回酒店，因为他们发现了电路问题。此时我们已经购买了食物和其他用品，但酒店没有厨房，这些对我们来说毫无用处。所以我问他补偿什么。他说会退还全部升级费用，包括已经在公寓住过的几晚，所以我们同意了。当我以书面形式要求时，他开始反驳说他需要和总经理谈（直到那一刻我们才知道他是总经理）。长话短说，我和总经理谈了，他同意全额退款。我的大部分假期时间都浪费在了这件事上，但除此之外，我们很喜欢这家酒店。早餐很简单，所以我们出去吃了。客房服务的食物很棒。

The staff were friendly and accommodating, they upgraded my room to a really huge suite.

Kingston is good in general except if you are travelling via public transport with large luggages. It is quite a bit of a walk between the BTS/MRT station (both Nana/Asoke/Sukhumvit) through the road with poor and bumpy sidewalks. Your luggage needs to go on and survive tarmac/asphalt and uneven bumpy side walks which is intermittently curbed. However, if you are arriving and departing the hotel by car, then not an issue.

I enjoyed my stay here. Location is strategic, room is spacious and their staff are friendly and attentive to hotel guests. Will stay if I visit Bangkok again in future.

This hotel is perfect, I stayed here for 8 days from 27th July to 3rd August 2023 for vacation, and I was given the best room with good furniture and the right price. The employees here are very nice and very helpful. Its location is close to Terminal 21 and makes it a great base for sightseeing around Sukhumvit. Thank you for your hospitality during my stay there.

I booked the Kingston suite hotel and they said they upgraded to accommodation for free. I thought it would be better but no. The room is quite big but ancient & the smell is bad. Very disappointed ☹.

I booked 2 singles bed but then they end up put me in a double bed and in an old condo next door, with no signal TV, since no room left in the main hotel building. I will never come back or suggest this hotel to anyone else!

ห้องเป็นไปตามรูปนะคะ แต่ตึกที่ได้ไปอยู่เป็นตึกคอนโดห้องมีกลิ่นอัป กลิ่นสี ถ้าเปิดกระจกทิ้งไว้กลิ่นดีขึ้น กระจกไม่มีการเช็ด และพบลูกแมลงสาบ แอร์ค่อนข้างเสียงดัง ลิฟดีนะคะรวดเร็วมี 2 ตัว รักษาความปลอดภัยดีค่ะ

Khách sạn gần trung tâm, vị trí thuận tiện, phòng cũng đẹp. Tuy nhiên sáng và tối thì nước có mùi tanh rất khó chịu. Hành lang tầng 1 mùi cũ bốc lên nồng. Bữa sáng ít món lắm
