The room was clean but small. The shower was ridiculous. I flooded the bathroom every time I showered. They need to upgrade the shower doors. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The location was amazing. Great walk ability. Minimal amenities. The breakfast is an added charge and expensive for what it is so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

They have at least 3 different buildings, register for least expensive room and you get a closet. The ac wasn’t efficient, at check in no one showed me how to operate anything inside, TV had no signal at all, lighting very poor as was furnishings in my room. The main hotel seemed beautiful from what I saw. Breakfast was typical Carbs and fruits, no bacon & eggs….there were scrambled something!!! I couldn’t even try them and im not picky. I would not recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff, clean property but small room which was dark. On an Opera weekend I guess you get what you pay for. Poor shower, overall ok.

Perfect central location. Exceeded expectations. A small.problem woth checkin was resolved quickly. The bed was so comfy and room temperature was perfect. Breakfast was good. Would absolutely stay again

Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine sehr gute Lage, insbesondere die Nähe zur Arena sowie empfehlenswerte Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt eher gut, und das Hotel ist sauber sowie für ein bis zwei Nächte problemlos geeignet. Die Zimmer fallen jedoch eher schlecht aus – insbesondere dunkel im Erdgeschoss und mit sehr kleinem Bad.

Great location for exploring Verona. Safe and comfortable hotel.

We were disappointed with the room which was noisy. The noise was from the normal movement of furniture, other guests in the floor above, next door or in entrance. The issue is a lack of suitable sound insulation – the exposed ceilings mean there is only the floorboards above. The room also had little natural light (one window to an internal courtyard) so we had to step outside to check the weather. On a positive note the location is close to the centre.

駅と主要観光場所の間に位置しています。 フロントのおじさんとお嬢さんはとてもフレンドリーでした。別棟の最上階の一室でしたが、とても清潔でした。特にバスルームはきちんと磨かれていました。 朝ごはんはフルーツ、ヨーグルト、パンやパンケーキ、ジュース、スクランブルエッグとベーコンがあり、スタッフがコーヒーを入れてくれました。 駅から歩いて15-20分、アリーナまで５分、城まで５分程度でした。 また泊まりたい宿です。お勧めします。

On a payer pour de l’air climatisé et elle n’a jamais fonctionné. Ils sont venus supposément pour réparer, ils nous ont dit que ça fonctionnait et jamais ça fonctionné Il faisait 28 degrés dans la chambre.
