Friendly staff. I can see the Matterhorn directly from the balcony of my room. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable. Location is good, only 10 minutes away from the station.

Gorgeous hotel with great service. A/C worked well. Breakfast was amazing. Would stay again.

The hotel was fantastic top to bottom. The pool area especially is very special. Olya at the front desk should receive an award for the best receptionist in Switzerland!

Check in was smooth, staff very helpful. Room was fantastic! Bed was comfortable. The pool was amazing as was the breakfast buffet! I highly recommend Hotel Julen!

Paul and his staff were incredible. I couldn’t have wanted anything more. The spa was an amazing reprieve after a day on the mountain. The beds were very comfortable, the views were terrific. Will be back!

The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast included was a treat! The facilities made so much sense from the ski room being free and easily accessed from the street to lock your gear up and get dressed for the mountain. Bus stations to get to the lifts are close by, we felt this was very well located. The spa and the pool were the cherry on top. We wish we had more days to enjoy the facilities! The view food the matterhorn were also spectacular.

The room was very well equipped & convenient

The front desk person was grumpy. The spa and pool were closed. The restaurant had a TON of flies inside, and they messed up my order, giving me a meat dish when I ordered vegetarian. There was a half drunk Coke in the mini fridge. The shower handles cannot be reached unless already under the shower head, so you have no choice but to be hit with cold water. The toilet has a bidet button that can’t be reached from the toilet. There are so many places to stay, there’s no need to choose this place.

Lovely boutique hotel, amazing characterful rooms, good breakfast and location. Staff generally cheerful and helpful. Nice touches like loan of a rucksack. Shame the pool was closed as that and the bar were really the only facilities in the hotel but plenty else to do in Zermatt. A secure WiFi would have been helpful.
