The hotel itself is really nice and well kept, close to the beach and private access. The sunset views are amazing from the hotel and beach. It was also really nice to have a view of the Kasbah Oufella from the beach side, perfect for an evening stroll. The staff were helpful and kind and we appreciated the security at the hotel which made us feel extra safe. The spa was very nice! Had a really nice a relaxing massage and would recommend getting a treatment from the spa. However, I would not recommend booking an all-inclusive or eat at any of the restaurants the hotel offers - you are better off eating outside! I got terrible food poisoning from the Moroccan restaurant on site and my friends also ended up getting food poisoning from the main hotel restaurant. This meant we lost a day in our activities that we paid for. We also found it strange that you have to pay daily to use the safe in the rooms. Other than that we did have a nice stay.

It s a 2 stars hotel. Dirty and not professional

Chambre magnifique ! Par contre sèche cheveux pas très efficace pour un 4 étoiles et douche mal conçu avec l écoulement donc inondation chaque soir Mais sinon c était top super emplacement face a la mer et piscine magnifique et qualité des repas très bonne . Par contre il y a énormément de monde donc si vous’ aimez pas le bruit il faut faire un autre choix c est un 470 chambres .

Family of four with two adults and two children under 8. The location on the beach front was stunning. The beach and promenade was very pleasant and felt reay safe. The hotel itself is immaculate and the staff team are fantastic in every aspect of the hotel. There is a very relaxed vibe. The family room was very large and impressive. We had a pool view and were very close to the heart of the hotel which meant there was some noise from the evening entertainment, which may disturb smaller childrens sleep at night. The food was really excellent and as a family we ate well for the week. The pool was great the only improvement would be to have a pool that graduates in depth as the two large pools are very deep. The childs pool is heated and perfect for little ones. We really had a fabulous time at this hotel and the value for money was superb. We will return to the property in the future as we enjoyed it so much.

Bien situé, espace commun très propre

My stay was wonderful. Everything from the room, food, amenities, staff and beach was great. Food was delicious, a wide variety and well displayed. I had a relaxing time. Security was excellent and not intrusive in any way. Pools were lovely and it was perfect having a heated one as the weather was chilly at times. (The inside pool is only accessible to guests between 12 and 2 p.m) It would have been helpful to know about the timings of access to the outside pools, the towel pool hut or when any entertainment that was going on around the hotel. It was not displayed anywhere and I was not made aware of any timings or where things were being held particularly for the evenings. All in all a brilliant stay. Thank you very much.

Great hotel. Food was brilliant. Pool was heated and was very warm.

Nous avons été bien accueilli. Notre chambre était grande et joliment meublée. Par contre il restait des miettes du précédent occupant à différents endroits. Les installations auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolées. On entendait les enfants courir et crier dans le corridor et les gens parler comme s'ils étaient dans la chambre. L'offre des différents restaurants est variée et l'hôtel se donne la peine de proposer d'autres mets tous les jours. Malheureusement, la quasi totalité des pâtes est trop cuite et la viande de mauvaise qualité. Il y a un grand choix de desserts qui sont très bons. L'hôtel est très bien situé au bord de la mer et on s'y sent en sécurité.

Klart över förväntan, bra skick på hotellet, riktigt god frukost, lunch och middag. Snackbaren hade också bra utbud och gav möjlighet till en sen frukost. Service i snackbar och lobby bar var riktigt bra. Ljudnivån i bufférestaurangen blir hög vissa tider. Som vanligt så är solstolsmaffian ute och paxar stolar innan ens solen gått upp. Det fanns kylskåp på rummet, jag önskat att hotellet skulle ha fyllt på det med lite olika drycker. (all inclusive). Annars trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

We had a brilliant family holiday, what a superb hotel. The food was outstanding, extremely friendly staff, great facilities and the entertainment programme an unexpected bonus - archery and volleyball with Ismail our favourites. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.

This is a well maintained resort with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff that I interacted with were all excellent and very helpful. It is very well managed as they were both friendly and yet still very professional. The breakfast and evening buffet food was very fresh and a wide variety is available, with the catering teams constantly on the move never stood around, again well organised. The only detraction for me was the lack of any amenities such as shower caps in the bathroom and a tissue box included somewhere in the room. The water refill stations are a great and sustainable idea, but they should come full rather than empty the first time. I travel frequently and have high standards, this was an excellent stay.

The property was immaculately clean, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, its convenient proximity to the city made exploring local attractions and combining the best of both worlds—peaceful seaside relaxation and urban accessibility.

Nice location on Agadir beach, very clean room, top service from all the personal in the hotel. Best animation team. I miss the beautiful smile of the chef, who made the best omelette every morning, and the smile of the backdoor man, who smile beautifully every-time I went to the beach. I can keep going on, but all in one sentence "Wonderful stay surrounded by lovely and very service minded team" Thank you from Copenhagen :)

Very friendly staff. The hotel grounds are well maintained and cleaned. Thought the food was pretty decent. Pool and sun lounger area was good. The beach was nice and I liked the long promenade for walks and running. Our room looked a little tired but we only used it to sleep in as we were outside all day.
