I love this hotel. The overall it's old, not as clean, fashion,or elegant as the new hotels or chains. However, if you sit in the lobby full of smoking men, it's an amazing experience.

The room was excellent and the stay was very comfortable in general. However, my only issue was the slowness of the lift.

There was nothing amazing about this hotel, the value of money was very bad as the hotel needs to be renovated in order to ask for such rate. The carpets in corridors were simply dirty! The towels in bath were so old! that was awful too.

Hotel was in very bad condition (dirty carpets in the hallways, scratched furniture in the rooms). The food at breakfast made me sick afterwards. The staff were very friendly.

attitude and the location are good. But, the building is too old and there was smell at the bathroom. I couldn't notice through the image of hotel at the web as they show only outside of the hotel. I don't like to recommend this hotel to any body.

To my surprise found the amenities and location very good and accessible. Should I have any future plans to visit dammam, this hotel will be my obvious choice

طاقم الفندق وجميع العاملين ذو اخلاق عالية ولكن الفندق قديم ومتهالك لا يصنف بين النجوم والسعر مبالغ فيه جدا بموجب الاقامة انا اقمت به مجبرا لعدم وجود فنادق في تلك الفترة بالدمام

نظافة الغرفه جيدة ولكنها قديمة ومستهلكة. الفطور لا يمكن يصنف من فئة الأربعة نجوم , بل أقل من ذلك بكثير. موقع الفندق يكثر فيه الزحام.

Old hotel which has been refurbished. Located centrally in Dammam close to business/banking districts with good routes of communication. Close to services provided by others (restaurants, barbers, banks etc). Provides good food which is reasonably priced. Offers competitive rates of currency exchange. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Located very conveniently on the Dammam- Khobar main road, it really helped me travel for my meetings. Taxi pick up/ drop to the airport is comfortable and timely. One can also get cabs easily from the hotel. Their junior suite bathroom was a tad small for my taste and also the lack of a decent clothes storage space in the room is worth mentioning. However, the hotel makes up for any of these shortcomings by great service, a decent breakfast spread and a great location. Will surely visit again!
