洗手間太残舊，早上無熱水，旅館老闆明顯愛理不理，任由無奈的員工承受住客不停的投訴。

The door can't really shut out the noise. Besides this everything is great. The location is convenient. Staffs are very friendly.

車站搭上公車不到十分鐘的距離，也離百花大教堂非常近，周圍很多餐廳和可以逛的小店，非常推薦！ 但若像我們有大行李的旅客要注意，因為沒有電梯！

I love this hotel, it's small but cozy one. The staff there is helpful. Though they don't have the 24h reception, you could still get anything you want by your own. Besides, the location is pretty good also.

During my five days in Italy, here was the best hotel with budgetest price. The room was clean and nice. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They sent check in information via email before hand, which made check in process easy and simple. A really good place to stay.

about 10min walking from the train station. No towels when checking in and needed to ask for it. A sink and toilet bowl at the end of the bed, not feeling good.

It is a bit far from Firenze Station (SMN). The way is rather rough (due to the stone/narrow pavement and via the crowded place). The Hotel is not obvious. It is at upstair and within a building shared with other resident. Not allowed to use the lift. The gentlemen is helpful in delivery of the luggage from G/F. Room is small. A/C is at very high level that it is unable to adjust to blow towards the bed. The A/C blower (louvre) is with dirt. It is with carpet floor and it appears to have louse.

此hostel 位置約25分鐘步行到火車站， 約15分鐘到景點及 shopping ,接待員 很好很詳細地介紹景點及路線, 而且其 wifi 更是一流，好好超好。

Oda tertemiz çift kişilik yataklar. Odada bir de el yüz yıkama çeşmesinin olmadı çok güzeldi. Tuvaletler duşlar temiz. Ortak ama kimseyle çakışmadım. Şehir merkezinin dibinde . Gir istediğin yere gez dolaş. Tekrardan tercih ederim. Teşekkürler

Era tutto perfetto: stanza pulita, istruzioni per il check-in chiarissime, posizione ottima. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo senza eguali. Straconsigliato!

Las instalaciones súper limpias y tiene muy buena ubicación.

Foi tudo de bom, proximo de tudo e metro. 1.5 Km do Vaticano. Quarto e cozinha bem equipadas.

Le seul avantage de cet hotel c'est son emplacement. Je prends des hotels pour eviter les Airbnb et on a sa cle ds un casier,les codes sont envoyes par whatsapp uniquement qd on a réglé la taxe de sejour bref! Aucun avantage humain....c'est dommage. Il a fallu mettre la poubelle devant la porte pour qu'elle soit videe alors quil est noté que le ménage est fait tous les jours. Par contre les sdb communes nont pas ete penibles.

Habitación incomoda y sucia, el ventilador suena terrible, en la propiedad existe un aroma insoportable, el baño sucio, las duchas tenían moho, solo estuve una noche, inicialmente eran 4 noches pero preferi perder el y buscar una mejor opción que cumpla con las espectativas, realmente una mala experiencia
