Los edificios no tienen elevador ! Algo A tener en cuenta para alguien q no pueda subir y bajar escaleras lo deje en notas para q su habitación sea un primer piso . Las camas son pequeñas ( matrimoniales ) y el aire acondicionado si no pides que lo bajen lo mantienen a una temperatura controlada no agradable para dormir . Se siente caliente la habitación ! Sin contar q tenía el ventilador de techo roto y la línea de teléfono rota para llamar y decirles, lo que tuve que ir hasta el front desk , aunq fue algo q en el mismo día me solucionaron , la verdad en poco tiempo hicieron lo posible porque nos sintiéramos cómodos ! Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero están aceptables y las mantienen limpias . La comida es buena . Buena animación en la piscina principal . Lo peor de todo la playa , en esa zona no tienen buenas playas. El bufet está muy variado . En general es un hotel aceptable !

Great, clean property with so much wildlife at every corner to keep the kids engaged while walking because this is a large resort. Buffet was good, every restaurant we tried to make reservations were booked and I kept checking constantly but had zero luck. Pillows in the room were not to my liking and I had neck and shoulder pain every morning. I did utilize the chair massage guy that walked around the pool, no charge just tips. All in all, we would come back I would just bring my own pillow lol! Also Angel was so kind offering to take pictures of our family when he saw us taking pictures of just the kids and made sure we had a family photo!

Thy offered us a junior suite and it had a nice jacuzzi tub but when we got in the room it stunk like mould when I went back to the front desk to ask for a different room they gave me a basic one and claimed it was the same ! So I paid full price for a basic room

Mi pareja y yo disfrutamos mucho la estancia! Nos gusta visitar diferentes hoteles siempre pero este se ha llevado el premio, tiene de TODO y para todos los gustos. Es precioso y espacioso! Mención honorífica al Capitán de Spaguetty factory Daniel Hau, siempre estuvo al pendiente de mi esposo y de mi, es muy servicial y siempre te recibe con una sonrisa! Nos recomendo unos Vinos exquisitos! Es muy profecional y se ve que ama su trabajo, estamos muy agradecidos con él, así como el Mesero tambien llamado Daniel que nos atendió de maravilla. Erick de Steak Hause fue muy amable, el cantinero de Lobby Bar Armando prepara unos drinks deliciosos! En la disco Gamaliel y Jose siempre atentos y rápidos. Luis el Bell boy que nos ayudó con nuestras maletas y nos llevo hasta nuestra habitación, muchas gracias. El ICE Coffee para el calor te revive! El Helado de chocochips estuvo riquísimo y las crepas de cajeta en su punto. Estómago nos falto debido a la variedad de opciones que hay para deleitar. Nuestra habitación estuvo impecable, muy limpia y cómoda. Sin duda regresaremos pronto! Y lo recomendarémos tambien.

This was my first time at the resort and literally everything was excellent. Food, activities, entertainment, rooms, and environment was absolutely great. I will be back.

Great resort!

Our room was clean and well kept during our stay, as was the property as a whole. The staff were all very friendly. Food was excellent at some restaurants (French was amazing, Mexican just okay), great drink selections. Shows were good. Finding some of the restaurants was a little difficult due to signage. Overall, would definitely recommend!
