The quality of service is not good, staff is not friendly, especially breakfast ones.

Staff is friendly and room is spa order 3 ppl. It’s quite noisy in the morning if your room is closed to parking entrance and loading area.

Camere stupende, parcheggio comodo, ottimo per coppie e famiglie.

Posizione comoda,stanza bellissima e spaziosa ma all'arrivo la receptionist si è evidentemente sfastidiata perché non parlavamo correttamente l'inglese e la camera era freddissima e siccome era molto grande ha impiegato quasi tutta la notte per riscaldarsi,, avrei voluto fare un bagno ma l'ambiente era ghiacciato. Il personale a colazione e al check out, invece , è stato molto cordiale.

La chambre etait très bien, mais la douche fuyait et donc j'ai été obligée d'utiliser des serviettes pour éviter de marcher dans l'eau et glisser. J'ai aussi trouvé que la lumière dans la partie salle de bain était assez aggressive. Le personnel a été très aidant.

Lovely spot, with view over the Lake. Large clean rooms, modern design, but very Spartan. We arrived late and in room snacks were non-existent. Restaurant closed at 10pm. Too few electric outlets, and it would have helped to have a night light by the bathroom, which was internal and difficult to navigate in the dark.

L’hôtel mérite largement ses 4 étoiles. Un accueil très professionnel, un établissement moderne et raffiné, une chambre très confortable , une literie au top. L’emplacement est à 2 pas du campus EPFL , à 10 minutes à pieds du métro EPFL. Tout était parfait
