房間內部蠻不錯的，一樓大廳也還可以，唯一的缺點是該樓層出電梯到房間那段外面走廊很髒，可以改進(都是腳印痕)

房間很新很乾淨酒店員工很輕切很熱心！但洗澡水太小，房間沒有拖鞋，洗手盆淤塞，房間窗外對著大廈外牆

Near bus/subway station and shopping mall. Quite a modern hotel. The room is relativly large. Nice stay.

The bed was comfortable. Near metro 3 mins and shopping centre 10 mins walking.

位置不錯，離市中心約2－3個地鐵站。地鐵站Andel，出口有2個方向，寫住巴士站方向就近酒店，上佐電梯後直行轉右果個出口，約200米便到酒店，而另一個方向出口有商場，有大型超市，而且附近好多野食，我覺得價錢比市中心便宜，加上食物質數都不錯。下次再黎布拉格都會再住依區。 而酒店早餐可以，但款式唔多。 房間舒適，但要自備牙刷，拖鞋，護髮素。酒店附近有間細便利店。

一切都很好，除了離市區有段距離之外

員工親切，wifi免費又強，房間新裝潢，很棒，早餐豐盛。有輕軌電車可通往市區，床很大，且舒適。停車費另外計是比較麻煩點。但是隔壁有10歐的露天停車場。

就住宿品質而論，以他的價位來說是很值得的選擇。客房整體來說是很清潔的，飯店的服務櫃臺也很有禮貌、很客氣，早餐也很豐盛。住宿地點離 Andel 車站很近，交通相當方便，對於有大小包行李的旅客是不錯的住宿選擇。

This hotel is the best one among the three hotels that we've stayed in our trip. The room was clean and nice with everything you need including small stuff like bathing coat, slippers and shower cap. Staff were very helpful. The hotel also offered guests a free drink which made us feel so welcomed! Recommend this hotel to all tourists to Praha !

Although location is near metro, the exit to the hotel is old, dark and not feel comfortable. There is no shops nearby, no restaurants & stores. The other exit are different, it is crowded, shops and malls are there. We stayed 3 nights and every day there is something missing in the bathroom (such as tissue paper, shower gel ...), and the cup for brushing is dirty. In such a price, I personally think it is not worth.

Chambre propre, mais prestations très insuffisantes pour un établissement de ce standing. Absence totale d'équipements de base (ni chaussons, ni peignoir, ni mouchoirs). J ai trouvé une serviette de moins le deuxième jour. Ce niveau de service ne correspond pas du tout à un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Friendly staff, good fresh and quality food available to breakfasts and lunches. Facilities were all clean and well presented. Close to buses, metro and tram stations, plus a large shopping centre nearby

Abbiamo viaggiato in 3, avevamo due stanze comunicanti e contigue, le stanze davvero ampie, luminose e molto comode. Pulizia eccellente, letto comodissimo, albergo silenzioso, i servizi in albergo davvero perfetti. Personale disponibile, discreto ed educato. Abbiamo usufruito della mezzapensione, la Colazione indubbiamente il pezzo forte della struttura: ampia scelta di pietanze, colazione internazionale e di qualità, dal Dolce al salato, yogurt, marmellate,cereali e frutta in abbondanza tutto a buffet! La cena sempre gradevole meno varia nella proposta ma abbiamo sempre trovato qualcosa di nostro gradimento. Abbiamo scoperto questa catena di alberghi e sicuramente torneremo magari in qualche altro paese per scoprire nuove mete sperando nella stessa qualità di soggiorno
