Good location and easy access to the famous spots, but not recommended to those who care privacy or room temperature control, because most rooms have to share public bathroom and only air fan is available in the room, no AC to be used for hot seasons

Florence is the hottest city in Italy. I knew there was no AC in the rooms of this hotel, but I didn’t expect that there will be heat wave in June. Their fans were really weak and not useful. I don’t think it’s a good idea to stay here in Summer (maybe it’s delightful in other seasons), especially you can predict when will be heat waves. Besides, the wifi was really weak and slow.

It is really too hot. We spent 4 nights here and almost couldn't fall asleep. The beds are so hot. No air conditioner. Fan didn't help much. Not an good choice for family. Suggest not to chose this hotel in Summer. You can have many better solutions than this.

Hotel Dali is not a particularly fancy hotel, it's basic but very homey, and beautiful in it's own way. Owner Marco is the heart and soul of the place, I was warmly welcomed by him in the same way like how the ex-customers' commented here. He gave me the map and marked down all essential tourist spots, great places for lunch and dinner and even ice-cream. I mainly used his map for my reference. The location is fantastic too, it was my first time traveled to Florence but I absolutely had no problem in finding the way back there, it's just right next to the Duomo! and the street Via del Oriuolo is quite different from all other streets connected to the Duomo, it's narrower and somehow less touristy, so it's really easy to find. Other staffs are also as friendly and helpful, the furniture and other stuffs available like hair dryer are a bit old but they function well and overall the hotel is comfy. I have noticed some shared bathrooms but I was lucky to book the room with individual bathroom. The street is full of interesting shops as well, antique shops, gallery with painting class, nice restaurants, historical landmarks... I have stayed there for 5 days and I do wish I can stay longer and even live there! It's a memorable experience! one more thing, the breads provided are delicious!

The romm is very small and outdated so I'm not sure whether it is clean or not. THe location is near by the central area which will make the trip easier but it also takes around 20 minutes from the train station to the hotel. since we checked in after 7P, the hotel charged us the extra 20 ERU for that. :( The owner is very nice tho and he also suggested us few mush visit places for our limited time there.

Nice service, and the location is perfect. 5 minutes away from most of the famous tourist locations.

The hotel is on the second floor above. Thankfully there is a small elevator. Check in was easy with friendly and helpful staff. You can rent a room or a whole apartment. Somehow we ended up with the whole apartment. It was great, spacious, had a kitchen with full fridge and washing machine. Just down the street where a bunch of restaurants. Neighborhood was safe and walkable, centrally located. I would definitely stay there again.

I cannot stress how much we absolutely loved this hotel. We had a small but comfortable room with a shared bathroom (there were 2 in the hall) and while I initially was anxious about that, not once did we ever feel like it was shared. The staff keeps the hotel and bathrooms INCREDIBLY clean; you don’t even get the feeling that there are others staying there. The location is also incredible - everything is within 15 mins walking. We will certainly be back!
