入住當天,發現和HOTEL.COM預訂房型相片不一樣!身在澳洲都不知道怎樣和HOTEL.COM溝通已經算了..缺點:房間和厠所十分多螞蟻,冷氣空調不凍和滴水,地板不清潔,沖涼時候花曬水力不夠,WIFI 慢得可憐,離凱恩斯市中心比較遠大約35分鐘車程 優點:有一個無敵海景露台和附近安靜什麼都沒有

酒店很干净，周边也很安静，无边泳池很赞，就是地方离city有点远，适合有车的。

無咩服務可言, 因為佢係APARTMENT(但其實好多APARTMENT都有酒店SERVICE) 拎條毛巾要自己去LOBBY拎.... 由於不在市中心,餐廳或超市選擇不多... 不過房間內不錯

What an amazing place to stay.. just wow!!! Great location, amazing views of the ocean, just walk out the back gate and you’re on an amazing beach. Our apartment was spotless, well presented I can highly recommend staying at Vue Apartment’s I’ll definitely be back again.

Spacious, quiet, beautiful views, secure parking, great pool, barbeque facilities. A very relaxing place to stay, and hosts are very willing to help.

Great property, great location, great pool… quiet, family friendly, and lots of bars and eateries within a few minutes walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Secure parking was a bonus.

The apartment was amazing with great view from 5th floor. However, we been disappointed when we'd heard dog barking from one of appartments. The Vue resort does not allowed pets. When spoken with receptionist we been informed that owner of apartment is not restricted on having pets even if they bark.

Beautiful apartment (403) well stocked, easy check in. Perfect location, quiet with amazing view and a lovely pool.

Excellent property! Fantastic kid-friendly pool, great views, and right in the middle of the action at Trinity Beach. Other pros include a washer and dryer in the unit, a spacious balcony, and secured parking. Cons: despite the luxurious property and (deservedly) high price, the amenities were a little cheap. Examples: only one roll of TP, one wash worth of laundry powder, no umbrella, one spare garbage bag, and few towels (surprising for a pool-centric accomodation). Also, the instructions were a bit threatening and in poor taste. You know the type: barking orders, such as doing the dishes and taking out the trash before checking out or facing fines. Telling you to go get your own stuff as the accomodation is only minimally restocked after a week. Just a little off-putting/cheap for an otherwise luxurious stay.

- I wasn't given the room view which was described in my booking. I was given full view of the infinity pool which I didn't pay for and wasn't interested in viewing. I had paid for ocean and mountain views !!! - Couches were worn out. - The lounge room blinds are see through at night, and because I didn't get the view I paid for I was facing the infinity pool. So no privacy if you sat in the lounge room at night. - The stove doesn't boil water, it just warms it. - The infinity pool was really good, I like it.

The property is beautiful. The penthouse was truly amazing. The pool area was an absolute must for our stay and did not disappoint.

Front desk staff are amazing. They were so kind and helpful. The pool was immaculate. Two shaded BBQ areas were clean and had nice big tables. Beautiful views from the room - we watched the sun rise from bed every morning.
