All the staff are very nice, high quality service. If you already planned to rent a car in ibiza. It is a great choice to stay in this hotel. They have free and secure parking, also they located at the center of ibiza. You can enjoy a quite countryside atmosphere. Great room, great pool and great peolpe! Recommend to cat lovers, there are 3 cats that also friendly to human.

It's a wonderful hidden paradise.

Very nice, clean and quiet location. However, if you opt for halfpension and stay more then 1 week there was not enough variation in choices on the daily menu's. The rooms are not sound proof, we were lucky, only the last night we had very loud neighbours (we would not have been amused if this was for the whole stay). On the compound are ycats, which we thought was lovely, but they look very skinny and unhealthy, so we felt a bit pity for them.

Très bel hôtel bien situé au centre de l'ile. Campagne très silencieuse. Certes, le temps de circulation pour se rendre sur les plages de l'ile est de15 à 30 minutes mais c'est plutôt intéressant si vous nous souhaitez pas être cantonné à un seul endroit pour ce qui concerne les plages. Deux villages comme San Rafael et San Gertrudis sont proche pour y trouver quelques restaurant plutôt sympa. Pour moi, le restaurant pour le diner est plutôt un dépannage car la carte manque de choix et de plats locaux. Par contre rien à dire en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuné avec entre autre, un très bon jus d'orange... Ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans d'autres hôtels. L'hôtel a respecté notre statut Gold chez Hotel.com, donc surclassement, bouteille offerte, etc. Belle chambre, bonne literie, salle de bain qui pourrait être plus tendance dans notre chambre. Belle piscine, et suffisamment de lits de bains à disposition sur pelouse ou terrasse en bois. En fin septembre, hôtel très calme. La vingtaine de chambre permet cela aussi. Bref, vous pouvez y aller sans soucis. C'est une belle prestation avec un bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à d'autres 4 étoiles en bord de côte.

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, Pool Bereich ist schön, Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber gut und es wird immer sofort nachgefüllt, d.h. Frühstück beim Service war sehr gut, Betten sind sehr gut, haben gut geschlafen. Wir hatten ein Haus was modern eingerichtet war, aber ich finde Preisleistung stimmt hier nicht ganz, etwas zu teuer. Was auch nicht so gut war, dass jeden Abend, wenn es dunkel wurde, die Weg-Beleuchtung auf dem Hotelgelände nicht an war. Wir haben dann kleine Handlampen bekommen und mussten im Dunkeln zu unserem Haus was nicht so schön war. Auch der Service abends im Restaurant war nicht gut. Rezeption ist freundlich, aber irgendwie fehlte die Herzlichkeit, ich habe mich nicht willkommen gefühlt. Leider war auch zu dem Zeitpunkt wo wir da waren eine Baustelle direkt bei uns im Hotel und wir hatten jeden Tag Baulärm ab 8-9Uhr.

Can lluc is een mooie plek. Ik vind prijs kwaliteit qua embiance en kamers niet goed. Te duur voor de kamers. Die zijn eenvoudig. Bedden zijn redelijk. Erg donker in de kamer. Mensen zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Beautiful resort, quiet and secluded, but an easy taxi ride into town. Loved staying here!

There is one word to describe our stay at Can Lluc...magical! From the moment we entered the property, we were welcomed with open arms by the amazing staff. We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a spectacular view. And the room...so charming! We ate most of our meals during our week long stay at the exceptional on site restaurant (almost all of the food is locally sourced and some ingredients are grown right on site). The pool area is so peaceful and serene and you are surrounded by sights and sounds of the property’s enchanting nature. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond their call of duty to make our stay that much more special. The owner, Lucas has created a truly wonderful retreat on the land that once was his family’s farm. Thank you Can Lluc for your hospitality and graciousness. We will be back!

Buscas tranquilidad y relax, tienes la mala suerte de que te toca una habitación Justo al lado de la cocina, ruidos matinales , ruidos nocturnos, ruidos de motores de la cocina ... vamos que descansar descansar pues como que no ! Se comunica el primer día y nos ofrecen vilas pagando bastante más ya que son más caras ... ningún detalle por parte de dirección durante nuestra estancia ... una pena porque el hotel está en un entorno maravilloso ... lástima

Great 6 nights stay, beatifull located 15 minutes away from ibiza town. Going a away with a feeling we come back one day..

Can Lluc has a great location, and a tranquil rural setting that is lovely if you're thinking of taking some time off to disconnect and be close to nature, yet still have the choice to visit the different parts of the island. However, the hotel is not worth the money they charge, for a number of reasons. Beds are small (we got a full size bed and my husband is 1,92 m!!!!) because they refurbished an "traditional" house and had to respect layout so queen and king beds don't fit in the rooms. The bathrooms are small too for the same reason. We were also quite unlucky in that we got a faulty a/c in our room, which one day flooded the floor of the room. The next day the a/c stopped working, and we roasted at night in the room. The breakfast was ok (not like it looks in the pictures), but the setting was frumpy. They use paper place mats and napkins, and a DYI expresso machine and lukewarm water for your tea. The pool area is beautiful, but there was never any staff on call to offer you fresh towels or something to drink poolside. If you go to look for the staff they are easily found and attentive, but we definitely didn't get the luxury service we expected at that price tag per night. One night we had dinner at the hotel and pretty much ate in darkness because the dinner area is poorly lit and they didn't have an alternative to the candles which kept on blowing out as the night was windy. Again for what we were charged for the dinner, we found it to be expensive.

Alla ricerca di un'oasi di tranquillità abbiamo individuato questa boutique nel centro dell'isola a pochi chilometri da Sant Rafel. Dalla strada principale bisogna percorrere un paio di chilometri di strada secondaria di cui circa la metà è sterrata. Dopo una serie di curve di avvista il cancello dietro il quale si apre questo posto meraviglioso! Accolti direttamente da Lucas, veniamo indirizzati verso la reception dove in pochissimi minuti espletiamo le formalità e veniamo accompagnati a visitare la struttura. Per via del volo siamo arrivati con grandissimo anticipo rispetto al l'orario previsto. Ciò nonostante tutti si sono prodigati per farci avere la camera il prima possibile. Nel frattempo ci è stata offerta la colazione, molto gradita dopo il viaggio. Ricchissimo buffet, che può soddisfare le esigenze di chiunque, continuamente rifornito dalla cucina che su richiesta prepara uova e altri piatti deliziosi. La frutta sempre molto abbondante e buonissima ha salvato la colazione della mi compagna vegana. Anche lei entusiasta del posto. La struttura immersa nel verde e dotata di tutti i confort, piscina con idromassaggio e letti per relax/sole oltre ai classici lettini. Per chi desidera c'è anche la palestra con una piccola SPA Il posto è curato nei dettagli da un personale squisito e sempre sorridente e disponibile.
