Overall very nice indeed and would definitely stay again. Food was delicious but service at breakfast and dinner a little disappointing and not very well organised. TV in our room should be bigger; no low level lighting in the bathroom meaning bright light shone onto the bed if the bathroom was used in the night. Also toilet seat not soft closing, looked cheap and could do with being replaced. Small complaints but relevant for a five star hotel.

We had a family birthday party in a private room and service was good overall but did miss one of meals so had to wait awhile.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Very clean, staff were amazing, welcoming and so helpful. Definitely recommend a stay. Facilities were great with tye gym, pool, sauna etc. Made good use of them. Room was clean and well serviced. Very happy I chose this hotel for me and my colleagues on our business trip.

Very enjoyable stay. Nicely decorated room with comfy bed and small balcony. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful and seemed happy in their jobs. Pool was a much enjoyed bonus and am sure the spa is great but sadly it was fully booked for a massage at convenient times. Food of a good standard but in my opinion a little overpriced.

Amazing hotel! Always stay at The Park Farm when I am in the area!

Once again an incredible trip to Park Farm Hotel. This amazing warm friendly hotel is ever improving and looking even more fabulous. I wish all hotels were the same. I love it.

Very nice room; good food. Reasonable price too. Only downside is that there isn't a lift.

Excellent facilities. Polite staff . Lovely room .

Ample parking, Great bar, large bed room (Rm11). Pool, steam room, Sauna all great and up to standard. No complaints, we shall visit again another day.

Check in was quite quick and the lady was polite and welcoming. The massage was also good as I came out feeling relaxed. The restaurant staff we felt needs improvement; we’ve advised one of the staff that we have moved table and was waiting for our hot drinks but never came so my friend had to asked and brought our pots of coffee to our table herself! We were served with nibble’s without a plate and had to asked for it. Little things can make a big difference! Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay - thank you.

We had a lovely stay - great welcome and our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Dinner was delicious and the breakfast one of the best. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

The hotel has lots of character and is small enough to have that personal touch. Rooms are spacious with cosy beds and a spa bath. Bar is a nice place to unwind with a drink. Spa and treatments were very reasonably priced. Breakfast was a slight disappointment due to dirty plates and cutlery. Overall it was a great value for money experience and we will certainly be returning.

Beautifully appointed property. We had a lovely room in a quiet area on the ground floor. The staff in all areas of service were excellent. Polite and helpful. The spa is lovely. There was an obvious lack of basic toiletries in the rooms. Eg no bossy cream or shower cap. The massage was great but no water offered post treatment. And in 2025 electric car chargers should be installed for such a good quality hotel. Otherwise we had a fabulous stay

A nice clean well maintained hotel. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good and well presented

Honestly probably the worst customer service of any hotel I have stayed in over the last 12 months. They tried to over charge me when I settled my bill.
