It's not entirely unsatisfying. The views around are wonderful. Service was okay. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel wasn't the best, it was dark and we were unsure whether we were heading to the correct hotel or not. The bridge was closed so we have to follow the other road which took us at least 20 minutes. Finding a parking space was quite hard as well. The worst part is we stayed at the falcon room which is a small house quite far from the check in area and we did not expect to receive a room on the second floor without lift. We have to carry our 4 25kg luggages up the old wooden stairs. We found multiple holes on the floor covered by the carpet and they were scary when you step on them. But the room was spacious with a clean bathroom.
