Best beds and linen ever! Always a very comfortable stay. Block out curtains and great TV. The bathrooms are small and showing their age but functional and great water pressure. Central location. No complaints.

Pros: Excellent walking position to the stadium, shopping, restaurants and bars. Extremely comfortable full king size bed Free fresh baked cookies daily Onsite undercover car parking included in rate Clean Cons: bathrooms are very tiny and badly need renovating Buffet breakfast is total disappointment, tasteless, unappealing and cold. Included in our room rate and we went elsewhere the second day

Close to my destination

Good hotel in central location. Only downside is probably more to do with recent Townsville weather. The air-conditioning seemed to struggle and was constantly dripping moisture from the vent. Townsville has seen an awedul lot of rain.

Ideal position for stadium. Surrounded by great bars/ pubs / restaurants Amazing comfy huge bed. Only negative is the breakfast buffet, it’s a bit basic. Free cookies at reception make up for it

Close to dining and entertainment

Was clean , comfortable and large TV connected to Wifi witt streaming features. don’t need much else

Everything was great!

Staff at reception were friendly. Room needs Refurbishing. Bathroom needs total upgrade. Shower floor slippery. Nice view and lots of eateries within walking distance

Fridge was way too small. not enough towels

Absolutely loved the accommodation, it was an absolute must to stay, situated perfectly where shops, food and every day essentials are. I will definitely book again! 💖 Very happy with my stay with my kids.

Excellent Breakfast

Tv and internet was slow and not working properly. Air-conditioning was permanently set on 20 but the room never went below 25 degrees which made for a very hot and restless night. Tv in bedroom was tiny Bathroom was beautiful though with amazing water pressure.

Room was exactly as the pictures. Some areas are just starting to be dated and minor wear marks. But overall very good for price.

Lovely buffet breakfast and room.

This was so far the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in. The view from the rooms were great ,the bed were very comfortable it almost felt i could stay in there for days and especially the breakfasts were absolutely delicious this place is highly recommended.

The room was basic & a good clean would be a start, Defiantly in need of a refurbish, Air conditioning very noisy & would not cool.

Did not get the room that I pre-paid and booked online. I was put into a standard room instead of the Executive Suite that I had on my reservation. The hotel could not move me the first night so I needed to check out of the standard room by 10 the next morning and put my bags in the car and check back in later the next day at 4 for the correct room. They compensated me with breakfast the next morning.
