Very nice staff

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff really friendly in all areas of the hotel. Really close to the arena which was good for our stay.

The overall time we spent at the Gibson fantastic, carpark was just a lift away and walking distance to the 3 arena, the rooms were spotless and are a good sized room, the hotel was a lot bigger than I thought, well planned layoutmy family and I loved our stay at the Gibson and the staff are brilliant the whole time, 100% the onky stop for me when next in Dublin, many thanks😁👍

Wow! This hotel is amazing, the location was fantastic as we had a concert at the arena. The reception staff especially Geoffrey (I think that was his name) was amazing. Lots of food nearby, just near a tram stop. Rooms were clean, comfortable and welcoming

Great, the staff were v good, floor service on the bar floor , at 1130pm was not great, In 606 the bed base needs to be changed, creaky. Overall loved the convenience for the 3 arena Overalls

The Gibson has a home like atmosphere. Staff are lovely. Great amenities and ideal location.

Staff are really pleasant, especially at the Roastery coffee place. Enjoyed the amenities and convenience of the location. Look forward to my next visit.

Exceeds all expectations

Poor and overpriced, clinical attitude, room not cleaned properly (dirty bathroom) heating doesn’t work. Add to this a bar which resembles an airport gate, with service which makes you feel like your flight has been delayed 24 hours.

The hotel was good, however to access the hotel which is on the third floor was frightening. I am scared to death of heights & there were only two ways to access the hotel, either by going on a elevator which was very high & unmanageable for me or to go into a glass lift which was so frightening. Designers should think of these things!!! I had to be helped into the glass lift by a group of people in order to block the view.

Quarto limpo apesar de falharem limpeza diária. Apesar de confortável a temperatura não era a ideal. Edifício recente mas com janelas e portas que deixam passar algum frio…inaceitável para 4 estrelas

Our stay was comfortable but I was disappointed with the service in the hotel restaurant. Firstly two of the staff who were serving us couldn't understand what we were saying, one waiter walked away not even realising we were asking a question and another waiter didn't understand what we were asking for off the menu. Also 10/15min wait for our drinks order and we had to ask a 2nd time for them .Thirdly, our bill was brought to us before we were even finished. I just think the hotel has an obligation to it's customers to employ staff who have a very good level of english especially if they are dealing directly with customers. The restaurant is way over priced - overall a bad experience in the restaurant.
