Kind service, but noisy night.

Located within the historic centre. The room was large but you're only given those small bottles of shampoo and small soap bar. Much prefer they have dispensers instead. No Aircon and the shower would take a long time to produce hot water. The hotel looked dated but do have a generous 4 hour window for breakfast. Staff were very nice. I would still stay here again given the chance

Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed at! We traveled with two kids and it was very convenient to have separate beds for each of them. The hotel is close to everything: historical center, shops, restaurants. The staff is amazing! Great breakfast, clean room, laundry opportunity - everything is above and beyond! Would definitely stay there again!

I couldn’t ask for more. Clean everyday, friendly staff, small breakfast buffet and you get everything you need. Location like 5 blocks from Main plaza, safe to walk at night to hotel. I definitely rebooked again if I have the opportunity to go back to Arequipa again.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and attentive to all my questions. However, to ensure a room that is quiet-when booking-ask for a hotel room that faces the courtyard not the busy road or parking garage. Easy walking access to historical centre, shopping, museums and many cafes. Highly recommended.

Staff were very friendly. Excellent place for the price. They were open to early checkin at no additional cost. Let us store our luggage later after checkout as well. Breakfast was good. Hot shower. Room size was decent and clean. Really enjoyed staying here. Very convenient and walkable to all places.

Muy tranquilo y bien ubicado

I would definitely recommend staying here. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main Plaza and had a lot of food options near by, I thought that the location was perfect. The staff also was so kind and let us check in early! The rooms were clean and the shower was perfect.

Great breakfast made while we watched

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, uma boa estrutura, apesar de antigo, chuveiro é ótimo, as camas confortáveis, quarto amplo. O atendimento é excelente, conseguimos entrar no quarto 1h antes, a recepcionista foi muito gentil. Otimo custo x benefício. Unica sugestão seria o café da manhã. Aumentar um pouco a variedade dos alimentos e ter mais pessoas para cortar e preparar os alimentos, pois muitas vezes acabava o café, ou as frutas, etc. Sobre o café também, ampliar a hora para inicio ao menos 6:30h, pois muitos turistas saem cedo para tours. Mas tirando esse detalhe, o restante foi excelente. Voltaria a me hospedar.
