The room was not clean, the matress was unconfotable to sleep in. The room cleaning wasn't done properly. It was hard to sleep at night because of the sorrounding noises from outside!!! No one spoke any english, making it hard to communicate with the staff.

The staff TOTALLY made this stay GREAT! The front desk was ALWAYS helpful, they translated taxi directions and wrote them for us, then suggested places to visit and they even ordered food for us! The restaurant staff was GREAT also! They tried to always serve us what we ordered, even if we had no idea how to communicate it. The location on the river is central to shopping and transporation anywhere in the city

酒店装置偏旧，位置不错，外面就是江水。

清潔感がありよかった。 春節明けだったせいかもしれないが、ホテル前の道路が渋滞しており常にクラックションの音がしてうるさかったのが難点。

浴室里的毛巾都十分残旧，水渠也有堵塞情況，床单有污渍，隔音设备也不好，唯交通尚算方便
