Nice room and location

Excellent location. Very kind staff. Room clean and a very comfortable bed. Nice dinner menu. A cute duck in the bathroom to bring along as a souvenier😊

Leuk en schoon hotel, vriendelijke medewerkers, lekker ontbijt, heerlijke lunch, mooi versierde gevel (Kerst), en gelegen aan een heel gezellig plein. Parkeergarage, leuke restaurantjes en winkels in de directe omgeving op loopafstand.

All of the above. Zoals we van Derlon gewend zijn.

Heel fijne plek om te verblijven. Heel rustig, heel vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers en een heel knappe/interessante plek om te ontbijten in de kelder. Hier komen we nog!

Lovely spacious room and clean. Staff friendly and helpful

This was not my first stay at the Derlon but it is my first review. The Derlon is by far my favorite stay in NL. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is an easy walk from the train station and all about the town. The breakfast area is basically a private archeological viewing of when the city was built. Highly recommend.

Comfortable hotel in amazing location!

Geniet niet van het ontbijt. Het wordt niet bijgevuld. Veel is op. Je betaald 26 euro voor een kaiserbroodje. We hebben hier geen ontbijt genuttigd aangezien alles op was en niet meer aanwezig. Ongeveer uur voor sluit ontbijt. Nu proberen we het geld voor niet genuttigd eten terug te krijgen, Dat is nog niet zo makkelijk!

Hotel Derlon heeft te kampen met onderbezetting qua personeel en het personeel dat er loopt worden niet aangestuurd. De kamers zijn gedateerd en de badkamer is gewoon op en smerig. Het ontbijt wordt niet goed bijgehouden. Brood en beleg op en er wordt pas gehandeld na klagen. Toch vraagt men voor een overnachting en ontbijt de hoofdprijs. Voor ons nooit meer. Dan rij ik lidver door naar Bilderberg Kasteel Vaals

Place was great

We have stayed here several times in the past. Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. I was told 2 years ago they were in progress of updating the rooms not no sign of it?

Super accommodatie! Ik zag alleen een muis in het hotel lopen, bij het eetgedeelte op de baganevloer.

Prima centrale ligging. Personeel correct en vriendelijk. Kamer klein en wel iets gehorig. Badkamer met half open en glazen wanden zijn een groot min punt. Even prive naar wc gaan is er niet bij. Bed was prima, maar als je met raam op kier (ivm frisse lucht) wilt zetten, wordt je beetje gek van de kerkklok dat naast hotel is.

Excelent place located right in front of the main square downtown. Close to stores and restaurants.

Everything was okay, except the carpet of the room was dirty with spots.

Kamer 112. Verblijf goed bevallen. In de badkamer blift de spoelbak van het toilet doorlopen en de afzuiging werkt niet, dus condens op alle spiegels in de kele kamer. Die LED lampjes in de vloer bij het ontbijt vonden we hinderlijk.

The Derlon Hotel was not only beautiful but in the heart of Maastricht. Staff is amazing, location is in the center of shopping, dining and a beautiful square to sit and have food/drinks. Would highly recommend!
