Excellent staffs. Very warm attitude when talk to them. Only one suggestion that the shower should move to inside, it is so easy to hit the head in current position.

房間乾淨，但建築物太老舊，搭乘電梯時有點可怕，早餐樣式很多!

酒店最近已翻新，價錢沒有以前那麼相宜，不過鄰近中央火車站，還是值得入住的，酒店附近有小雜物店，可以買到飲品，水果等等

很有歷史的飯店，住起來很舒服，離車站很近。

位置很好，火車站出來右手邊步行只要兩分鐘；有年代久遠的古董電梯，服務態度也很好，隔天要搭六點的車來不及吃早餐，飯店人員準備了早餐盒讓我直接帶走。如果有時間，在氣派高挑的餐廳吃早餐應該會是一種享受。

. It was terrible, especially considering the high price. Moreover, I stayed on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, yet they only allowed a one-hour late checkout, and I had to pay €25 for each additional hour. The room was cold and did not have a kettle or a fridge. The staff was not familiar with the reservation system. When I checked in, even though I had prepaid, she told me that I had not paid and that I needed to pay again. After she asked her colleague, he apologized for the misunderstanding. When I checked out, they did not ask how my stay was; they only seemed focused on getting guests checked out. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Das Zimmer war ganz ok. Das Fenster fiel mir beim öffnen entgegen. Im Bad hat der Wannenverschluss nicht funktioniert. Sonst war alles wie erwartet..

Das Frühstück war super!

Vlakbij het station. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Goede kamer, goed bed, zachte kussens. Fles water op de kamer, helaas geen koffie/thee of minibar. Vriendelijk personeel. Ben tevreden, maar had iets betere voorzieningen verwacht.

Even though the property is a bit older, it is clean, in good shape and very spacious. Reception staff was very kind and supportive.

Schnelles unkompliziertes Einchecken, freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben!!

Sehr netter Service am Counter, einfacher Checkin und schönes Hotel, das schon älteren Datums ist, aber immer noch sehr gut.

Freundliches Willkommen, behagliche Einrichtung des Zimmers, angenehme Klimatisierung an diesem heißen Tag. Habe mich wohlgefühlt.
