The room was clean and the staff were welcoming. Good value for money.

Our stay there was great.

Tout était bien, le petit déjeuner et les cafés aussi. Les draps sont cependant très inconfortable et ne tiennent pas sur le lit comme il faut.

Clean and appropriate for short staying.

Comfy bed but lots of dust on walls in room and dirty stained carpets in hallways. Noisy due to construction on street outside

My son went to the pool 3 times during our stay. The pool water looked cloudy. On the drive back home to Ottawa yesterday my son was saying he wasn't feeling well. When we got home he went straight to the toilet to vomit. Today he had a fever all day and spent most of the day in the bathroom.

The breakfast is good

L’hôtel est bien dans l’ensemble avec la piscine et le déjeuner inclus. Par contre, nous avons eu un problème avec un frigidaire qui ne fonctionnait pas (ils sont venus nous porter un petit le lendemain et offert de mettre notre nourriture dans leur frigo en attendant) et la chambre était mal nettoyée à notre arrivée (pipi sur la bol de toilette, table et chaises de cuisine sales)… Le personnel était tout de même gentil. Bien situé dans la ville.

The room had a Dusty table and curtains, Staff was good. We had a challenge to not speak French, but they were okay to communicate with us in English. Breakfast was good. Didn't had option for sandwich but they have varieties.

I’m super confused by people who rate this hotel as exceptional. It is mediocre. Expect stairs, If that is a problem go elsewhere. You have to climb stairs to get to the lobby. The walls are extremely thin both exterior and interior. It is not quiet. The grout/caulking in our tub/shower was pretty nasty - the worst I have seen in a hotel. The coffee machine in the lobby always had something that wasn’t working. The breakfast our last day was great, but very limited options the other days and quite dirty. This hotel might be a good option for budget travellers with low expectations (which we thought we were), with that said we wouldn’t book this place again.

Le personnels est serviables, la propreté des lieux en générale est bonne sauf les plancher qui mériterait davantage de soins. Géographiquement bien positionné, l'hôtel offre une valeur qualité/prix intéressante. Le déjeuner est bien pour débuter la journée avec une offre d'aliments variées.

Dans l’ensemble bien! Chambre spacieuse et propre ! Bien aimé les produits dans la salle de bain! La céramique au mur de la salle de bain manque de propreté!
