Excellent and very helpful staff especially during time of inclement weather conditions. Would highly recommend.

The guest computer was unusable because no staff knew the password, so the Front Desk had to help me print something while already busy with guests. A five-minute task took nearly thirty minutes. The next morning there was no hot water and the body wash dispenser was empty. As a Bonvoy member, it was also disappointing not to earn points on a rate that was $30 higher than the walk-in price. Overall, a very disappointing stay

Room was clean and staff were great. Tv’s are tiny by other equivalent hotel standards and the room did not have a single usb-a or usb-c charging port for my phone

Staff is super nice. Rooms were standard, clean and fine. Pool and hot tub - fine. TV is outdated. Exercise room outdated, disgusting and super warm.
