Theres nothing worse than smokers on balconys when you Are given the room above them so your whole stay is ruined by heavy plumes of cigarette smoke wafting up through your balcony. The shower head was clogged and barely even enough pressure to rinse yourself. The tv was just local channels and not exactly up to date with no netflix etc. the beds are very small And very firm, uncomfortably so. The paths around the pool could do with a gernie to Remove all the dark greying of mould and dirt. As a higher end cost per night it was a disappointment as the expectations for this place were high for me. Guests were unaware that the pub is rowdy with loud bands all night and the added bonus of people screaming at each other in the middle of the night.

Friendly and efficient check in, room dates but very clean. Bed not so comfy and toilet paper so very thin you need a handful to do to the job.

We had a great over night stay at Kacy’s. Really great location and nice sized apartment close to the pool.

Adjacency to Esplanade with paved path and ocean views are key reasons for staying here. Walkable proximity to Mon Repos turtle center is a bonus.

Expensive, but good size room, clean, attended to daily
