Great property and staff. I enjoyed my time there.

The hotel is outdated and needs an upgrade, small TV, wearout floors and matress with soft spots and gaps

The hotel was quite nice but far from the main centre area of Thessaloniki. Had to catch transport to the centre and restaurants/cafes at night.

It was a decent stay, not much to do in walking distance. Pool was nice, the gym needs a lot of work.

An ok hotel with a pool for the kids!

I liked that they helped with a dinner, but I did not like that they said they would give us champagne for my wedding and then didn’t. Also, I was told through Expedia I would get my VIP service and did not. The staff for room service and the dining area were off putting and made me and my people feel rushed. The manager was very nice so I feel bad for leaving a poor review. The lifeguard was nice and the front desk staff very nice too. I just thought more of a 5 start hotel and it didn’t feel that way.

Very good hotel with friendly staff. Evening meal and buffet breakfast not as good as similar standard hotels. Disappointed at lack of tea making facilities in the room.

Everything was fine the staff were all very very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the shower, it is totally ridiculous and impossible to wash yourself. I don’t understand the logic in the brain of the person that designed such a shower nozzle.

Very clean, comfy ,spacious room . Excellent breakfast. Spar/wellness closed. But good Hotel for a stopover.

The hotel was great and the staff was excellent. The hotel advertised an airport shuttle but only offered taxi service. The pool was closed the days we wanted to use it. The room was great. We would stay there again.

The hotel was decent and in North American style. Parking was available but was not dedicated underground parking. The TVs were a real problem I had to have them replaced twice. The third one was tolerable. Overall a nice and upscale place to stay. Definitely expensive but it was a 5 star hotel after all. If the tvs were better my experience would have been excellent!

The hotel's Operations Manager, Mr. Katsaros Miltiadis, was an amazingly kind friendly helpful cooperative respectful gentleman. We had a nice clean spacious suite. A good buffet breakfast within a nicely decorated restaurant. Dining restaurant at the hotel was limited though on the menu! As a whole, staying at this hotel is recommended.

Great hotel, great service and a 5star experience.

Big, clean rooms with lots of light. It has a nice bathtub just to relax with hot water. A little balcony with a table and share. Big window with a view of the city.

The property and the room were very clean. I loved the breakfast buffet, all fresh and good variety of food. Recommend!!!

VIP Hotel for Hotels.com customers, with possible upgrade (I received). Hotel in the outskirts of Thessaloniki and rather far from center. Valet parking (free) and good wifi signal. Comfortable bedding. All in all, good hotel except if you expect visiting Thessaloniki center (my opinion)

Very nice breakfast polite staff would like ti visit again.
