I had the most awesome stayed here for 4 days 3 night!I'm a solo traveller and this is my first time travelling alone and I booked a plaza room through app.When I reached the hotel to check in the staff asked whether i'm alone and I said yes.She then proceed upgraded my room with a jacuzzi 😭😍.I guessed that was just my luck.I love their hospitality, ambiance and most importantly is close to the beach, Bangla Road and Jungceylon.I will definitely stay here again next year! ทุกอย่างดีหมดค่ะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสถานที่ ความสะดวกสบาย แต่รอบนี้มีข้อยกเว้นสำหรับรีเซฟชั่นนะค่ะ หน้าตาไม่มีเซอร์วิสมายเลย

โรงแรมดีทุกอย่างค่ะ พนักงานยกกระเป๋าน่ารักให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี ( ยกเว้นรีเซฟชั่นที่ใส่เสื้อสีเขียวอ้วนหน่อยไม่ทราบเป็นอะไรนะค่ะ ไม่มีเซอร์วินมายด์เอาเสียเลย ) นอกนั้นทุกอย่างและทุกคนดีหมดค่ะ *ความสะอาดของโรงแรม *ใกล้แหล่งบันเทิงและช๊อปปิ้ง *พนักงาน

This is a good hotel and we had an enjoyable stay. The front desk staff were very helpful. in addition, we have wonderful support from agent.

Best location for party and the room is so clean. Very recommend!

Booked the room with jacuzzi. Check in was a breeze. However upon entering we were hit by a very bad musky stench, and soon realised it is coming from the jacuzzi area. Called maintenance to have it checked. They just sprayed the room with a freshener. We blasted the air conditioner to go for dinner hoping that it will take the smell away, but when we got back the smell was still there! It was uncomfortable for us and we couldn't even use the jacuzzi due to the very strong smell! We expected so much higher since we got a pricey room, so this ruined our impression and mood on the very first day. We are still here and have requested for a room change. Were told to request again the next day.

Generally, excellent stay! Asian cuisine during breakfast can be improved. Otherwise very thoughtful facilities and services

The Hotel is good and well located. Only complain about the mattress, was not good and it was not changed when requested.

Sangat menyenangkan dan pegawainya ramah-ramah banget, 90% yang menginap orang luar negeri (bule) so sangat menyenangkan.

Hotel yang terletak di pusat keramaian, cukup berjalan kaki untuk ke Pantai Patong, Bangla Road, dan Jungceylon Mall. Tidak menawarkan kenyamanan bagi Anda yang ingin bersantai, karena setiap siang sampai sore hari musik yang kencang dari Swimming Pool terdengar sampai ke kamar dan pada malam hari musik dari Bangla Road. Sangat mengganggu. Pelayanan staff sekedarnya. Kebersihan pool agak kurang terjaga, karena saya terinjak tutup botol di dalam pool. Lantai kamarnya sticky. Kelebihan dari hotel ini hanya lokasi.

Hotel ini fasilitas dan lokasinya sangat memuaskan. Hanya saja buat keluarga yang memiliki Anak kecil lokasinya kurang tepat. karena berdampingan dengan Bangla street ( daerah prostitusi tapi buat kaum muda daerah ini cukup menarik karena lekat dengan kehidupan malam. Namun suara music dr daerah tersebut cukup mengganggu buat mereka yang menginginkan ketenangan..
