非常糟糕的旅店（民宿）。老舊且環境骯髒。加上老闆娘態度非常惡劣。一副小鎮上就只有我一家旅店，不然你們想怎麼樣的態度。早餐更是貧瘠的可憐。非常不建議入住。可以入住鄰近小鎮。 It is very very bad hotel。

Staff amazing and dealt with a couple of issues in a courteous and professional manner. A team to be proud of. Special call out for Leo and Brenda. Great place. Will definitely look out for the other venues in the group. And will be back here.

Staff are friendly, good location in the centre of town, stayed in room at the end of the corridor, shower was a bit tired & needed some re-grout work, the Internet didn't reach the room I was in - no coverage on my phone & Netflix didn't work (network error message on screen).

Upon arrival my family an I received a warm welcome, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and to a high standard with plenty of complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Clean rooms , great decor , helpful staff and great location

Room was clean and well equipped and staff were courteous. On-site Parkin very limited public parking within 50 metres.

Pity about the parking facility

Rommet var rent og fint, ingen problemer bortsett fra varmen. Det var veldig varmt på rommet og eneste som hjalp var endten en bordvifte som bråkte litt eller å ha oppe vinduet. Vinduet gikk rett ut til et flatt tak som kunne se ut til å være lett tilgjengelig så føltes ikke helt trygt å ha det åpent på natten.

Lovely staff, beautiful room, wil stay again.

This was a magnificent old coach house with a very historical feel to it, but modern conveniences. It was a spacious room with very comfortable bed and loved the window seat. I had breakfast and a light dinner in the restaurant, both of which were excellent. There was no lift so not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Kings Arms. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and have all amenities. Showers could do with a deep clean around the silicon fastenings. Otherwise they are fine. My no.1 preference for a stay in Godalming.

What a gem! I almost thought we were slepping in a museum. Close to everything we needed.

Parking limited, first come first served, but good if you can get a space. Check in was good but not over friendly. First impressions of room were good, has a wow factor, but closer inspection revealed a layer of dust on many surfaces. Also only a couple of towels between two of us but reception brought up a couple more when requested. Bed was comfortable and room a good size. No safe in room or fridge. Despite that our stay was comfortable and the food we had in the evening was decent.
