Friendly staff. no fuss stay, great location near to restaurants, beaches and 50m pool.

The Argyle on the Park was a very comfortable stay, the location is perfect for any event on the Sunshine Coast opposite Des Scanlan Park and I would highly recommend it for couples, singles or families. We will stay here next visit to the Sunshine Coast !!

We spent 3 days at Argyle on the Park and love the convenience of it to local transport, park, shops and dining. The unit is very nice with a great kitchen with all appliances plus washer and dryer. An ideal spot for a short break. We will stay there again.

Good to have safe parking. Would like the option of twin beds though. Very clean and everything provided

It was ok for 2 nights. 3 stars for every thing- clean, washing machine and dryer, pots and pans, plates, cups, cutlery. Nothing amazing but I was after something cheap close to where we were meeting family and it did just that.

We had a lovely newly refurnished apartment. It contained everything we needed. The only comment is that when we arrived the office was unoccupied even though it is mean't to be 9am to 5pm. We had to ring to be given details of where to find our keys etc. They had already debited our credit card with the cost of accommodation before we arrived so did not have the option of paying another way. It was reimbursed the next day but still cost us $26 off shore margin and fees.

The property is conveniently located near lots of shopping and dining options. The room had a beautiful view of where the river meets the sea and is next to a wonderful park/beach area. There is an underground parking area which provided a secure location to park my vehicle. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Friendly and helpful staff

Long brown hair in the shower stuck to walls and floor, noisy stairwells banging in the night, cigarette burns on furniture, damaged furniture “curtains”, remotes that did not work or had batteries that had corrosion, flashing and annoying smoke alarms in bedrooms as well as uncomfortable beds.
